The space

Welcome to your home away from home - a 3-bedroom, 4 bathroom beachfront home, featuring an upstairs entertainment room complete with a full bar, a Murphy twin bed, and a private deck furnished with a cozy couch and fire pit overlooking the bay. With direct beach access, this home is designed for effortless relaxation, easy gathering, and unforgettable views.

Thoughtful touches throughout ensure your stay feels seamless and comfortable—from toiletries in every bathroom, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for your days by the water, to a washer and dryer for your convenience and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Every detail has been considered to create the relaxing retreat you won’t want to leave.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, private TV, and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a private TV, and a full bathroom just steps away. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed along with two built-in bunk beds, making it a great space for families or groups. This bedroom also has its on bathroom steps outside the room. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals of any size—pots and pans, a blender, coffee maker, baking sheets, serving trays, and a complete set of dishes. A grill is located on the back lower deck for use as well. Enjoy meals around the spacious dining table that seats a large group, or savor your morning coffee in the inviting breakfast nook.

There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.
