The Space:

Soft light filters into the villa as you move from room to room, offering a sense of ease that follows you throughout the home. The open layout invites you to settle in, whether you are beginning a slow morning indoors or stepping toward the backyard for a change of pace. With space to gather, space to play, and space to unwind, this Clearwater retreat gives you room to enjoy time together in any way you choose.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1 features the Beach Queens theme with 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, named Sky, includes 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, known as Purpink, has 1 Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, offers 1 King Bed. Two bathrooms support the group with essential comforts, including bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The large living area is designed for easy gathering, giving you space to connect or settle into a quiet moment. The Game room extends the indoor experience, offering a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcades, as well as a view of the backyard. A TV and dedicated workspace add flexibility for both downtime and everyday tasks. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the indoor environment comfortable.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area offers space to enjoy them together, and indoor living flows naturally into the kitchen, making the home feel connected and practical.



Outdoor living

The private pool sits just beyond the Game room, creating a relaxing focal point for time spent outside. The backyard includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a putting green, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge, giving you multiple ways to enjoy the open space. A patio or balcony and a fenced backyard area offer room to spend time outdoors in a way that suits the warm, consistent climate of Clearwater. Free parking on premises and free street parking add convenience throughout your stay.



Essentials and conveniences

The home includes a washer, dryer, essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. A Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair are available for families. Wifi supports everyday use, and the smart lock allows for easy self check-in. Pets are allowed, and long term stays are welcomed.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the home offers access to a variety of local experiences. The surrounding residential neighborhood provides a peaceful setting while keeping you close to the area's outdoor spaces, local restaurants, and notable beaches.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
