We enjoyed our stay in this quaint carriage house. It was a great get away by or my husband and I. We enjoyed the bikes and the short walk to the beach and I to town. We will be back!

amazing stay!

location is prime - so close to walkover A and the beach, as well as an easy walk into shops and restaurants. this was the perfect get away for our little family of 3 (2 adults, 1 infant - 10 months old).

Just a couple minute walk to the beach and about 5-8 minute walk to shops in Rosemary. The garage was the only Problem- its is super smallAnd tight. Could hardly park my atlas cross sport in there. There was no parking anywhere around on the street so we had to use the garage.

Week at the beach

We had a wonderful visit to Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable. The area itself is delightful, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure. The community is walkable and enchanting, making it easy to explore. The beach cruiser bicycle was a great addition, allowing us to venture out and see the area more easily. The beach itself is breathtaking and just a short, three-minute walk away. I would highly recommend this location and the carriage house to anyone looking for a memorable stay.One thing we weren’t aware of beforehand was that the pool at the carriage house is only available to guests staying in the larger homes. This may have been an oversight on my part, but it was the only minor disappointment. However, there are several nearby pools open for use, and they were lovely.

Cute, quaint cottage was a nice cozy stay for us. Walking distance to pools ,beach and town square

We loved everything about this cottage except the upstairs windows overlooking the bedroom. No curtains to shut out the early morning sun at 6 am.

Great location in Rosemary

The property was exactly as the pictures appear. It was clean and plenty of space for two people. The bedroom upstairs might actually be a tad smaller than it appears but you really don't need too much space up there. The porch was nice to sit on in the mornings for coffee. It is a short walk to the beach and into Rosemary, the two bikes provided are a nice addition.
