Guest was fully refunded, and found another accommodation through VRBO. That is why they used VRBO platform to book . They worked it out with VRBO .
property is amazing , beach front, good bargin - guest was upset to have to relocate even after being fully refunded and left me a 1 star review when she didin't even stay at the property - is what it is - people these days are nuts.
