Located in the heart of Wickford Village, one of Rhode Island’s most desirable coastal communities. Walk to quaint shops, coffee spots, art galleries, marinas, and waterfront restaurants. The neighborhood is historic, charming, and perfect for strolling. Just a short drive to Newport’s famous mansions and Cliff Walk, Narragansett’s beautiful beaches, local wineries and breweries, and downtown Providence.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the basement and one closet, which is locked and not accessible. All living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen are available for guest use. Guests may enjoy the waterfront deck with outdoor seating, use of the grill, and an outdoor shower as well as access to the private dock; boating is not permitted. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at your own risk. The home also includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic toiletries, fresh pillows, blankets, and bedding, as well as coffee, tea, and basic cooking spices to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.


This large, newly renovated home offers four comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ideal for families or groups traveling together. Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive waterfront deck, private dock, outdoor shower, and complimentary kayaks and paddle-boards. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited. For an enhanced stay, we recommend walking to Wickford Village to explore its charming shops, waterfront dining, and coffee spots—early mornings and evenings are especially peaceful. Newport’s mansions and Cliff Walk make a perfect day trip, while Narragansett’s beaches are great for sunny afternoons. Enjoy sunset paddles from the dock and take advantage of local wineries and breweries nearby for a true Rhode Island coastal experience.
