Welcome to your perfect Dewey Beach vacation rental, completely remodeled in winter 2026 and located just half a block from the beach. This ocean block townhome offers three spacious levels of living, ideal for families and groups looking for comfort, style, and location.
The first floor features two bedrooms and a shared hall bathroom. The second level showcases an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, a half bath, and a balcony overlooking the street—perfect for people-watching and enjoying the summer ocean breeze. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering privacy and space for everyone.
This home has been freshly painted with new flooring throughout, brand-new furniture, and thoughtful upgrades throughout. Additional amenities include off-street parking for two cars, an on-street Dewey Beach parking pass, and a private outdoor shower—a must after a beach day.
This is a pet-friendly beach rental (dogs only) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Whether you're planning a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled summer escape, this home is the perfect place to make unforgettable beach memories.

The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $190.00.

Great place to stay — larger and nicer than I expected and very clean and comfortable. Steps to the beach and an easy drive (or beach walk) into Rehoboth!

Location was excellent, beach block with very short walk to beach entrance. Pet friendly. Interior was bright and well decorated. Lots of room for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Good….Ocean views quiet street ample parking plenty of spaceThe Bad ….condo is NOT completely remodeled as advertised in description. Keurig listed was non existent Some kitchen cabinets are stuck and some will not close properly. Refrigerator works but is dated. Third floor bathroom shower is old and chipped. Washer/dryer is very old and small very few hangers for clothes in closets

We would like to clarify that the property has undergone extensive updates, including new flooring, furniture, bathroom vanities, and toilets. We are also working closely with the owners on the next phase of improvements, which will include updating the kitchen. We’re sorry the Keurig and additional coat hangers were not available during your stay. These are items we could have easily provided, and we wish you had contacted our office while you were there. We would have been happy to get a Keurig and additional hangers to the property as quickly as possible to make your stay more comfortable. Amazing location! Clean, PARTIALLY renovated. If it rained, the driveway was flooded most of the week. Recyclables were never picked up. Was disappointed that the listing said that it had a grill and it didn’t. Sent a message to host, no reply. No hair dyer, no iron.. they are kind of staples. Coffee pot didn’t work, had to buy our own(and left for the next renter) The master had a great balcony but no furniture to actually enjoy it. Probably won’t come back but made the best of it with our family. Check in and out was easy! Thank you Coldwell Banker

Our team is available to assist guests, and we would have been happy to deliver a replacement coffee maker, as well as a hair dryer and iron, so you could have enjoyed the remainder of your vacation without having to purchase these items yourself. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the balcony furniture and other amenities. Feedback like yours helps us prioritize improvements, and we are already reviewing these items with the property owner. Thank you again for your comments.
