The rental was very clean. We had some issues with a couple of trip hazards with a rug and stairs but the rug issue was taken care of right away. This complex has a very nice pool and the rental company was great to work with.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the condo was clean and met expectations. The only suggestion is to have more cleaning supplies on hand. There were ants in the kitchen and no extra trash bags.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I attended a conference in St. Simons and reserved Villa Leo through Real Escapes Properties, Inc. It was my first time using them. The check in and check out process was quick and simple especially considering I did both outside of business hours. The property was clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect as it is close to the shops and restaurants down by the pier.

Reviewer Comments: the property matched the listing and what I expected- older condo with a nicely updated kitchen (brand new appliances), spacious, comfortable living room, half bath, and nice deck/patio area. The upstairs beds and bath are a bit older but function well. Upon checkin, we had an issue with the cleanliness of condo and Real Escapes was very responsive and the cleaners were friendly and thorough. 10/10 on their clean. Property is well-maintained. Would return and/or recommend for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.

Yes, welcoming to pets. But everything was white. No coffee table, only one end table. Dressers were broken and half full. Kitchen utensils were awful. No decent pans. Clothing was in one drawer of dresser and dirty panties on the floor of the laundry area.
