Just as described, would love to come back. Very comfortable and great location. Loved the front/back balconies, and they both had great views. Bathrooms could use a refresh, but were adequate. I wish there was an option to use the pool facilities at the property past check-out time.

My husband and I had a Labor Day weekend beach trip this past weekend and had an enjoyable stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for a couple or small family. We really enjoyed the amenities at both Bayside and Gulf side condos. The beach was beautiful and it had chairs and umbrella set up provided but make sure to get there right when they open at 9 am as a line formed for beach set ups. All of the pools were very nice including the lazy river. The views from the condo were really nice - bayside views of the bay anf swimming pools and a gulf view from the bedroom. Overall, we felt the condo and amenities were a great value and communication was good.

A wonderful condo for a couple. Clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved our views. End unit so more natural light than some of the units. The included access to chairs on the beach was a bonus! We hope to be back!

This was my first time visiting the Destin-Ft Walton Beach area and it won’t be the last. The condo was the perfect size for my spouse and myself. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The resort itself is family friendly as well as having quiet areas for those of us traveling without children. I will be back.

This was our first stay here. Parking was great! We are handicap and were able to park near elevator. The condo was another story. The master bedroom was so loud from traffic on the street right outside the window. The road noise was all night with loud engines to ambulances and screaming teens to the early hours of the morning. The window was water damaged so you could only see out one window. The showers did not drain. The dryer was broke. The ceiling fan blades were broken. The living room tv would not work. The kids bunk room wall hanger fell off the wall when my daughter hung up her purse. The kids bathroom light flickered the whole time! The ice maker was broke! The beds were so hard. We have slept in hotels way nicer than this! They do not have crab leg crackers. The fishing dock gate was broke. We had to get into water to get out. The pools and lazy river were nasty. We will never stay here again. Not worth the money at all.

We really enjoyed the location! The beach, Board walk, Gulfarium, Tom Thumb(gas station) are all with in walking distance. The pool is really fun to enjoy. My son really enjoyed the lazy river. I also loved having a separate bedroom from the kids! The beds were comfortable.
