The view from this unit was nothing short of gorgeous! However, this condo is in need of a good deal of TLC! The walls and corners of the walls have huge chips and a lot of chipped paint. The ice maker, hot water heater and master bath toilet were constantly very noisy. Every few minutes the ice maker made a loud clunking noise. The toilet would not stop running. And the hot water heater hissed! Also when the air turned on, the a/c unit made an extremely loud noise. We did not contact the management company because they would have had to spend our entire trip working on issues. Other problems were that the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The floors in the condo were not very clean. The material on the sectional in the living area was peeling and needs to be replaced. The furniture in general needs replacing. There was a lot of mold in the shower. A panty liner from a womans swim suit was stuck to a light switch in the kitchen area. Unfortunately this unit is very poor in condition, especially for the price we paid to stay here. I would not recommend it unless it was updated and given some proper care.

The cleanliness of the property was excellent. We really appreciated the security aspect at the property. The property has many amenities that we could not take advantage of because of the weather. Our only complaint is the sectional sofa is very uncomfortable and worn out.

Amazing stay! Right on the beach, plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby! Pools were awesome, our son loved the water slide! Orange beach had great food and entertainment. Overall a very nice room. Only minor issues were on each TV the picture didn't fit the screen, it was hard to watch sports without seeing the scoreboard that's on the screen. Front door has a broken door stop. Master bathroom toilet kept running so I'd have to lift the lid and manually adjust it. Only minor issues and would definitely stay again.

On The Beach with Spectacular Views

Perfect for a family of 5. 4 full bathrooms, clean, & very spacious. The whole building is clean at all times. Great indoor pool area for kids, outside slide for kids and great pools with lazy river. We will stay again. Perfect location for hitting all the major restaurants
