This unit has 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 6. With 2 TVs and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This cute little condo features large east facing windows in the living room, private balcony overlooking the Gulf, internet access, leather furniture, and a washer and dryer. Excellent communication with property manager. If we had a question we would message through VRBO & the response was immediate. We loved the beach view & that it was only steps from the beach.The location was a plus - anything we wanted was close by. The layout of the condo was perfect.

Nice place. A little older than the pictures looked. A few minor things that would have made it feel nicer - dead batteries in the clock, towels after a shower were rough and didn't smell very good, missing knobs on furniture. Overall it was fine for the night we stayed and very convenient to the beach. Not sure I'd want to spend an entire week there for the price.

We had ran and clouds so didnt really get out to enjoy that but we enjoyed the condo. It was very nice, very clean, and i have already referred you to another friend

Property was dirty upon arrival. There was mold/ mildew in the shower. There was hair round throughout the property. The shower was not draining properly upon arrival call emergency number they said a work order was put in but could not give an email so my husband fixed it because we had plans ge pulled a massive amout of hair out of the drain. The didn't show up until the next day to fix it. The Shower curtain has bacteria growing on it The bed spread had stains. The property had ants. We communicated with management but they only acknowledged the issues but no actual action was taking to correct the issues.

The location of the condo was great! Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. Right on the beach and just a couple minute walk to the beach! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked the fact that beach chair service was included each day of our stay. And the fact that we didn't have to pay for parking was also a plus.The only thing I would say is that the condo could use some updating. New furniture as you can see the wear and tear, new fridge (there was a lot of rust on the side and on the inside freezer rack), new washer/dryer as both were extremely loud when in use. The sitting bench in the bedroom needs replacing as it has started tearing. The ceiling fan in living room has warped. The carpet definitely needs replacing. The tub is verrrry slow at draining which I think is more of a maintenance issue. One of the lamps did not work so I reported that immediately. Other than that, it served our needs and we would definitely be back.

The pool code did not work. Message host and got a quick response but they never gave correct code, said they were waiting on a response from property management, other than that everything was great

The view and access is amazing. This is our third stay at this complex. It would be nice for more pillows and blankets but not a deal breaker. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable but there is a mattress topper to use that made it completely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
