Amazing place, better in person than the listing. Check-in and communication with host was super easy.Fully stocked….you name it, this place has it. Every beach need, every kitchen/cooking accessory, and plenty of pool/beach towels for our large group.

They did not forget one thing when it came to making this home a place where you want to bring your family time and time again. This place is amazing! We had the best time, it is perfect for large groups.Very close to the beach and walking distance to dining sports bars. They hadbeach chairs and towels, the only thing you need to bring is food. This hasbecome our new go to spot for family getaways.

We hosted our company retreat here and we had a blast! The property is beautiful, and was stocked with anything and everything you could need. The location is fantastic (just a quick walk to the beach). The time we spent together inside was so comfortable and the outdoor space was incredible as well. Our hosts were communicative and made sure we had the best stay ever. 10/10 would be happy to rent from this team again!!!

Gorgeous home in an incredible location! Elegance and comfort came together perfectly for an unforgettable beach getaway. Every detail — from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the outdoor spaces — was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. The home was ideal for multiple families and couples, while also being extremely kid-friendly. With 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it truly felt like we had our own private resort.Each level featured its own outdoor lounge area with stunning views of the palm trees, pool, and beach just across the street. Beyond the soft white sand beach steps away, the indoor entertainment was amazing: ping pong, sauna, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, movies, board games, and even a small gym kept everyone entertained.The large heated saltwater pool and enormous jacuzzi were a huge hit with our group. Service and communication from the hosts were top-notch — we truly couldn’t have asked for more.We hosted our annual family reunion here with over 29 people, including six seniors and several children, and it was by far the best reunion house we’ve ever rented. The elevator was especially appreciated by our grandparents, who loved not having to climb stairs.The furniture and finishes throughout the home were incredibly high-end, and the location simply couldn’t be better. Fantastic hosts, fantastic house, fantastic beach — everything was absolutely wonderful. We’re already planning our return for next year’s reunion!

This property is the definition of luxury. The views are incredible truly tropical paradise, and the beach is just steps away—clean, blue-green water with gentle waves.Location cannot be beat as it's near all of the restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. The home itself is massive, spread across three floors with 12 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and three kitchens. It’s packed with amenities—pool table, sauna, mini gym, game room, a saltwater heated pool, and a huge jacuzzi. There are even separate bunk areas for kids & teens, plus what felt like 25 TVs throughout the house. The 1GB Wi-Fi was super fast and a huge bonus. Everything is beautifully designed with high-end furnishings, decor, beddings—it honestly feels like walking through a luxury RH showroom. The home is even more impressive in person than in the photos which we didn't think was even possible, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It’s also incredibly well stocked. We really appreciated the baby gear (like Bjorn and Mushie) bouncers& sleeping packnplays, and the beach setup is next level—chairs, wagons, toys, blankets, and even a Bogg bag for each room. Every item is top quality brand name and aesthetically pleasing. They thought of everything. The hosts were wonderful—very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, this felt like a private luxury resort and easily the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. There’s truly something for everyone, and our group didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been taking extended family vacations for 10 years with ages from 21 months to 88 years old (four generations), and this is hands down the most well-stocked rental home we’ve ever stayed in! The owners have truly thought of EVERYTHING. The kitchen had every small appliance, gadget, and piece of serving ware imaginable. They even had a drawer full of toddler plates, cups and snack bowls. We actually came home with a wish list of things we wanted for our own kitchens! Cooking for a large crowd was a breeze! The thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay extra special. From indoor and outdoor toys, toddler bikes, books, games, dolls, laundry hampers, Bogg bags, beach chairs, coolers, and wagons, everything we could possibly need was provided. The pool, hot tub and outside area was amazing. The home is beautifully designed and decorated, and everything from the couches and beds to the poolside chairs was incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic, with the beach just across the street and Coco’s within easy walking distance (which we highly recommend!). Communication was also excellent, with prompt responses to any questions.We’ve always rented a different house each year, but we honestly don’t know how we’ll top this one! It’s the perfect combination of comfort, thoughtful amenities, beautiful design, and location. We made wonderful family memories here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Home was beautiful and in a great location. Home was equipped with everything you could ask for and all high end products. The house and amenities were so nice that we hardly left the place which is exactly what our plan was for this trip. We had 28 people and it was very very comfortable.

We have stayed at many beach houses, and this one was our favorite by far. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets, and plenty of time by the water.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with almost everything anyone could ever want at a beach house. The furnishings were perfectly matched to the house, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. We especially appreciated the pool, spa, and other outdoor spaces. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out effortless. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and it truly felt like a luxury boutique hotel. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Five stars all around!
