Welcome to your oceanfront home away from home in Virginia Beach. Located on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of the oceanfront area, this 6th-floor condo features a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee, watch dolphins in the distance, and take in the energy of the boardwalk below.

Inside, the fully furnished condo has two bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. There are two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and free Wi-Fi. Towels and bedding are provided, and there are board games for relaxing nights in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster, along with a KitchenAid blender and Keurig coffee maker for easy meals and morning coffee. You can also enjoy music while you relax with the Bose speaker. Heating and air conditioning keep the condo comfortable year-round.

Guests also have access to great on-site amenities including an indoor heated pool, sauna, and gym, plus two elevators, on-site laundry, and convenient parking.

Step outside and you’re right on the famous Virginia Beach Boardwalk with the beach just steps away. Spend your days swimming, biking the boardwalk, enjoying live music, or grabbing ice cream and fresh seafood at nearby restaurants.

The condo is gorgeous and as advertised.The location is great. Restaurants are a five minute walk.We enjoyed watching the boats going in and out of Rudee Inlet.Sunrises were beautiful from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was very nice! Clean, comfortable, and accommodating! The host thought to have things in the unit people might have forgotten or didn’t bring, like an iron, salt & pepper, beach towels & blanket, a body board and family board games. All the appliances were nice and updated, there was kitchen cook wear, silverware, ect.. Overall an excellent place for a family vacation!

Clean accommodations with a world-class view. Quiet end of resort beach suited us well. Huge plus to be able to walk up the Rudee inlet to get seafood. Adds a nice dimension to the location. Able to head up boardwalk for live entertainment, shops, and attractions. Best of both worlds.

Lovely condo in the heart of Virginia beach. We could walk everywhere. The condo had everything we needed and my sons in their 20’s said the beds were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept in.

This was an excellent find, right on the beach and the boardwalk. The rebtal looked exactly like the pictures: clean, spacious and beautiful. The only thing negative was the indoor pool area. The pool itself was heated, indoors and a decent size, but the pool room had an awful smell of sewage. That aside, we would definitely stay here again, the rental was fantastic.

You can tell the condo owners truly care that their renters have an enjoyable experience. They have taken the time to generously provide numerous amenities that make your stay enjoyable; to the coffee station, bathroom products, kitchen essentials, and even beach towels, you are lacking for nothing on your vacation. The updated renovations around the condo are enjoyable. The condo location to the elevators, trash receptacle, and laundry is convenient and also you’re not bothered by noise from the hallway or neighbors. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and air conditioned bathrooms on the main floor. It was also convenient that the condo offered bags of ice for purchase on our beach days.

This was the nicest and most clean place we have stayed in. It felt like we were in a Pottery Barn show place… the best. You could tell that the owner really cares about the unit and takes excellent care of the place. It was as good as staying at a Ritz Carlton! Everything we needed was thought of in advance. The view was spectacular, and the sunrise/sunsets were mind blowing. This will be my “GO TO” place from now on.

Beautiful oceanfront condo! So clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. Very family friendly. The location on the beach was perfect. The host was very attentive and via messaging and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to our stay next year!

It was my first time in Virginia Beach. It was a change from what I used to in Ocean City, MD. The condo was as described and staff was friendly and pleasant. The concert being there made beach access difficult. Joe was available and accommodating.
