Thank you for coming to stay with us Sharlene. When I gave you a personal tour of the home I also gave you my personal cell phone # and asked you to please call me if you needed anything or had any questions or issues. I never received any call or text. Just as an FYI the new kitchen we put in has a Microwave that also has a convection oven feature too that works excellent. The guests that came in after you did mention the Dishwasher was not functioning immediately and my repair guy was there on that saturday. He said someone put laundry pods in the dishwasher instead of using the dishwasher packs under the sink that we provide. It was a 5 minute fix as the unit just needed to be reset. We can't fix problems we don't know about is all I am saying, so it would of been nice to at least get the opportunity to try anyway. Both items that you mentioned would of been easily taken care of. We are glad your kids enjoyed the pool and we just added a ton of new features to the backyard that really bring it all together. Have a GREAT 2025!

Hey Frank thank you very much for the Kind remarks. Yes with over 50' of deep water protected dockage, instant Gulf access and quick Ocean access via Vaca Cut it makes it a favorite for our fisherman now that we have added a Tournament Fish Cleaning table and bait freezer. We also have order all new aluminum high end dock mounted piling bumpers to protect boats of all sizes. We have had some really nice vessels here this year and we want to make sure they feel perfectly comfortable with our dockage no matter what size vessel they have. Maybe an Ice Machine in the near future also :) Come back and see us anytime you guys where excellent guests!

The owner is VERY pro active in constantly improving the property and I just got the approval for a floating dock for the Kayak, a swim ladder, for easier access to the water at low tide. and upgrading the boat dock bumper system, which we are currently working on, Have a GREAT SUMMER!

Good Morning Angie we are very sorry to hear that the home didn't meet your expectations :( You are correct about the pictures, as while they are nice they don't yet reflect the new tile job we just completed throughout the home before your arrival and the New Custom Dock Bumpers that we just installed, as we have many guests with very expensive vessels that stay with us and requested them. The plane comment isn't really accurate either while you are correct the home is fairly close to our private (not commercial, airport) we do live on an island that is only 7 miles long at best with the airport being in the middle of it, so I guess most homes would be considered close in that respect also, but this home is not in the flight path as you can only land a plane flying East or West at this airport and the home is located on the Northern Side of the island. When we spoke concerning the ladder, I was relaying information that the builder gave me. As I mention the Custom aluminum ladder had already been fabricated but he was still waiting on special anchors to mount it to the dock safely as they need to be over 6" long to got thru the pavers and into the concrete. Safety is our main goal and due to Covid all supplies are hard to get these days say nothing about custom orders. When you asked me about the jacuzzi I explained that it was part of the pool and told you that I would increase the temperature to whatever you wanted but the pool would end up being that same temp. You told me that you didn't want the pool that warm and said it was fine. On our initial walk thru, as we check in all our guests to get them comfortable with the home, one of the first things I explained was that we just finished the floor and the kitchen was being done next this fall and how excited we were. While small everything as far as supplies in our kitchen are all less then a year old in as the owner is particular about that also. The owner works very hard on always making improvements on his home and has always left the rent considerably lower then other similar properties as he has always wanted people that were on a tight budget to be able to enjoy the Fabulous Florida Keys and all they have to offer. Again we are sorry that you felt that our accommodations didn't meet your expectations and hope that you have a GREAT SUMMER! Best Regards
