The house has a great location right across from the JW. The house is well equipped with all that you need to have a fabulous vacation. Mary is awesome and made sure our trip was flawless. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay overall, primarily because of the home’s excellent location and easy access to the beach. Being able to walk to the beach was exactly what we were looking for and was the highlight of our trip.The home itself was a bit dated, which was evident from the listing photos and wasn’t unexpected. However, the main concern was a noticeable urine odor in the living room that persisted throughout our stay. Given that the property allows pets, it seemed likely that the smell may be related to previous pet accidents. Unfortunately, it did impact our comfort while spending time indoors.With some updating and attention to the odor issue, this property could provide an even better guest experience. The location is hard to beat, but future guests should be aware of this concern.

We also appreciate your acknowledgment that the home’s appearance and condition were accurately represented in the listing photos and were consistent with your expectations upon booking. We were surprised by the comments regarding an odor, as this concern was never communicated during the stay. We proactively reached out after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory and to address any questions or issues, but did not receive a response. Had we been made aware of a concern, we would have immediately investigated and taken steps to resolve it. I take pride in my responsiveness and proactiveness. The reservation was completed as scheduled, and no concerns were reported during the stay or at checkout. Nevertheless, we have followed up with our cleaning team and conducted an additional inspection of the property in response to the comments raised. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing a positive experience for future guests.
