Set in the heart of Manasota Key, you'll have the best of Florida's Suncoast practically at your doorstep! An enclosed backyard provides a private slice of paradise for you to enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes from the comfort of home. There's also a fully enclosed front porch that is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A wagon loaded with chairs and sand toys is provided to make trips to the beach even easier.





Your whole group will appreciate the home's single-level layout and eclectic coastal decor. A plush, new sofa and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. The renovated full kitchen boasts beautiful new counters, cabinets, and a suite of stainless steel appliances for stress-free meal prep. The primary suite includes a smart TV, a private bathroom, and direct patio/yard access.





Waterfront dining options and attractions like the Chadwick Park Fishing Pier and Stump Pass Beach State Park are all within one mile of the home.

This rental is amazing! The furnishings and decor are up to date and comfortable. We cooked several meals at the rental.and had everything to do that. The beach is so close it doesn't take but 3 minutes to get there. We will be back soon.

Awesome rental!

One of the best vacation rentals!! Fantastic location and perfect home. Home was clean and ready. Everything is well appointed. Wagon for the beach was awesome. Host provided everything we needed. Just a great rental and I would definitely rent again.

All the comfort and necessities of home

Cottage was well kept, kitchen had everything needed, the furniture and beds were comfortable. The beach decor of the cottage was beautiful. The outdoor shower was so nice to rinse the beach sand off. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, mats and wagon. We enjoyed the screened in porch and ate meals at the small bistro table and chairs on the porch. We wanted to try the pizza oven but didn’t have the correct equipment. Close proximity to the beach was great.

Great house. Great location. Management company that runs it very professional and polite. Had all your beach, equipment, wagon, chairs and shark tooth shifters. Master bedroom bed comfortable. We’ve stayed in this property years ago before it was sold twice turn key and now redone due to the two hurricanes it has seen. Sadly, with the new management comes the dynamic pricing. That kind of pricing there should be better, beach towels, in fact, those are the ones from when we stayed there last time all along with better dishes still the same dishes. Overall, it’s a great place great location sadly, the dynamic pricing doesn’t reflect that. Do your due diligence. There are other properties around in that same area just as nice with different kind of pricing.
