The Space:

Completely remodeled and located directly on the beach in midtown Ocean City, this oceanfront condo will make you want to come to this spot time and time again! This property features a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance, including a wine cooler. If you're an ocean lover, you'll love the oceanfront view from the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and, of course, the large, private, furnished balcony overlooking the beach. This condo has been pristinely cared for since its remodeling, offering free WiFi, an upgraded cable package, and parking for two cars. Come and enjoy Ocean City the way it was meant to be enjoyed - on the ocean! This air-conditioned condo is located right on the gorgeous beach, between 81st and 82nd Streets in midtown Ocean City. You'll find a number of popular restaurants, shops, and attractions in the surrounding blocks and all up and down Coastal Highway, with the famous Ocean City Boardwalk beginning just three miles south. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse - and the Maryland/Delaware state line - is less than four miles north as well. Things to Know Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Surf grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in

I almost don’t want to tell anybody about this place because I’m afraid it’s going to get booked up for next year. Absolutely stunning views… I mean it’s oceanfront so you really can’t beat it. The condo is so clean. I usually stay about 3 to 4 rentals a year and I have to deep clean when I get there. I was so relieved to see that this condo was spic and span. Really enjoyed my time here.

Over all a clean and nice condo, The cable package was very limited around 8 channels! After coming off the beach all day there was nothing to watch at night. We will not rent this unit again because of this!

Great location but furniture should be replaced

We loved the location at Golden Surf and the fact that the building is beach front and only 8 floors high. The unit has been remodeled and is painted with nice beach colors and has an updated kitchen. The owners however have underestimated how important clean furniture, a hot shower and a good nights sleep on a comfortable mattress is. For these reasons we will look for a different place in the same location next year. Tina E

Pleasantly surprised

Finding the perfect hotel in Ocean City has always been a problem for me. We’ve been vacationing here for 10 years and I’ve never been able to find a hotel with the perfect location, cleanliness and comfort. We were skeptical of choosing a condo this time around but needed something affordable for 7 of us, instead of paying for 2 hotel rooms oceanfront. Our stay in the Golden Surf has been hands down our favorite stay. We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, no humid rooms, location and cleanliness. This would have been rated 5 stars had we not had to strip the linens in the master bedroom and clean the master bath. We will definitely stay here again despite that. Beautiful place!

We decided at the very last minute to make a quick getaway to OCMD. I’m so happy we landed on this property. The view of the ocean during the day and night are spectacular from the living area and balcony. The decor and condo were just as pictured. It was also located near great restaurants, markets, etc. Thank you so much, Whitney for your responsiveness, thoughtfulness and the thorough information and guidelines you provided to make our stay the a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
