Main floor

The main level features a spacious open living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, gas fireplace, built-in shelving, oversized fan, comfortable seating, and a 75” HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with extensive quartz countertops, oversized island seating, gas range, separate wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and plenty of space for group meals and entertaining.

The adjacent breakfast nook and separate dining room provide multiple dining areas for larger groups.

A main-floor king bedroom includes direct access to a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Upstairs

The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, lounge/sitting area, 75” HDTV, French doors, walk-in closet, jetted tub, double sinks, and a newly remodeled walk-in shower.

Three additional upstairs bedrooms each feature king beds, ceiling fans, and natural light throughout. An additional loft sitting area provides another quiet space to relax or read.

Basement

The fully finished lower level functions as a second living space with its own full kitchen, dining area, large sofa seating, built-in shelving, and theater-style lounge featuring an 86” HDTV with surround sound.

Two additional king bedrooms are located downstairs, including one with direct access to a spacious bathroom with double sinks and oversized walk-in shower.

The second kitchen includes full refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, quartz countertops, and bar seating.

Outdoor space

The backyard was designed for relaxing and gathering outdoors while enjoying Colorado sunsets and mountain views. Guests can enjoy:

Please note the backyard fence is approximately 3 feet high and may not be suitable for dogs that are able to jump or easily clear lower fencing.

To help us maintain the property for all guests, we ask that pets:
* remain off furniture and beds
* are not left unattended (whether at or away from the house) unless crated
* are cleaned up after both inside and outside
* do not create excessive noise or disturbances

Maximum of 2 dogs unless otherwise approved. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if needed.
