•Family condo first, view condo second. The balcony catches the pool head-on and the Gulf at an angle — not a full beachfront panorama. If the priority is space, pool, and convenience, this is the right call. Beds run firm-comfortable (guests mention it regularly). Top-floor walk-up, no elevator. No smoking. Sleeps up to 8.



Parking & Noise



•Two private parking spots on-site (marked "117"). Street overflow parking available — park in the direction of traffic with all four tires fully off the pavement. Please coordinate with your group ahead of arrival.



•This is a quiet residential resort community. We ask all guests to keep noise at a respectful level day and night. Excessive noise violates local ordinance and may result in fines or termination of your rental agreement without refund. We appreciate you being a good neighbor.
