Sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, at family prices. The unit is located in the West Wing and is the closest unit to the pools/beach with the exception of the ground floor units located in the South wing (facing the Gulf.) There are limited views of the water from the patio and living room; however the unit is just around the corner from the pools and beach and the patio is within thirty feet of a barbecue area. There is no waiting for an elevator or having to climb stairs to get to your unit. The complex has 540' of public beach, 2 Full-Size Swimming Pools; one is heated in cooler months, a Children's Pool, Game Room, Sauna & Exercise Facilities, Small Washer and Dryer in the unit, 24-Hour Gate Security. Great family oriented complex. Complex requires at least one renter to be 25 years old (responsible adult for entire party.) All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided. Maid service is not provided on a daily basis. The association charges a mandatory $40 registration fee. The fee covers your parking pass for one vehicle and required wristbands. If you need an extra parking pass for a second vehicle it costs $15. During high traffic or peak summer weeks parking may be restricted to 1 vehicle inside main gates with overflow parking for the second vehicle across the street. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per unit.
This unit is located in a large complex directly on the Gulf. It is on the east end of the beach in a quiet area with a four lane road providing great access. It is located near St. Andrews State Park, with plenty of places to eat nearby, places to rent boats, book day fishing trips, and golf are within a five to ten minute drive.
