The Space:

Nestled in the resort-style gated Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club community, this condo has been completely renovated for your enjoyment. Take in incredible ocean views from multiple vantage points, including the large patio with alfresco dining. Amazing on-site amenities include a pool, three well-lit tennis courts, grill areas, and manicured grounds with walking trails (including one to the beach). Unwind in the ocean-view living area, fitted with a smart TV and seating for the group. The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware. When it’s time to dine, meet together at the table. The lovely patio presents views of the ocean and resort grounds, as well as alfresco dining.



Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club community amenities include 17 acres of landscaped grounds with an ancient Hawaiian archaeological site, three lit tennis courts, a swimming pool with lap swimming, and grill areas. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided. The fantastic locale of this condo offers seamless walking access to the coastline for a beautiful view and sunbathing. The accessible beach area is located on the north end of the complex. You may also visit Kahaluʻu Beach about half a mile north for swimming. You can also walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center for dining and attractions, including a weekly farmer’s market.

Breathtaking ocean views

This condo sits right on the ocean with a beautiful balcony and breathtaking views. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is close to everything yet far enough away from the crowds of Kona. We had a wonderful time and would love to go back.

Awesome vacation sight!

The condo was a perfect location for our visit to Kona. Incredible view from the wrap around Lana! The condo itself was lovely and roomy and view comfortable. Only issue was had to walk up the stairs ( I have a new knee) but good exercise🤗. Diane Stewart

We had a wonderful 12 days. Just a few things - all the knives need sharpening - hard time cutting an apple - broken wine bottle opener. Overall a great experience.

Great View

This home was comfortable but a little dated. My family loved the view and the location was great for access to the attractions at Kailua Kona. There was a portable air-conditioner, however the master bedroom was "open plan" and the room divider was stuck open. All in all a great vacation rental that I would recommend for a family of four.

Cant beat the view

We loved the condo. Great view of the ocean and awesome sunset from the balcony. Wish the window with a board in the master bedroom didnt block the view of the ocean while in bed. 2nd bathroom needs a bit of updating. Mahalo.

Stunning oceanfront views and the sound of the waves！ It was a very nice stay. We wanted an oceanfront in this complex; there were almost no properties available for 2 nights, and we were glad to have found one! The rooms are clean with no rough sand, as shoes worn outside are not allowed. We brought our own slippers. It was late may, but if you shut off the bedroom and air conditioned it for an hour or so, it was comfortable all night long, even with all the ceiling fans turned off when you went to bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great views, dirty floors, and lots of roaches

Wonderful ocean views - we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The unit itself was dirty, dusty and infested with roaches. We saw at least 15 during our stay...Vacasa was not helpful when we reached out for assistance.

We're sorry you were unhappy, Tracy. Being an ocean front unit, salt does get on the floors making it feel dirty, but this will be discussed with housekeeping along with the dusting. The HOA provides quarterly pest control for this rental, but we will look at something more aggressive. Thank you!

Million Dollar View

A friend and I recently stayed for two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed. The owners and property managers have provided not just the necessities, but the little extras, too. I could have easily spent hour after hour sitting on the lenai watching and listening to the ocean. The location is ideal, just a ten minute walk to a beautiful beach. We did not rent a car, but had no difficulty getting an Uber to take us into Kona. The property managers were helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect oceanfront condo for a Hawaiian vacation

This condo has it all. We had a group of six and did not feel crowded. The views are awesome and you can hear the crashing of the waves from the unit. We had no problems with parking two cars and used the common area for tennis, ping-pong and pickleball. The condo is well-appointed with everything included two full size bathrooms and washer and dryer in the unit. There are several ceiling fans and the kitchen had everything to prepare meals in house. This was our second time renting this particular unit and we will rent it again in the future.

View and sunset that never gets old

The condo is on the beach, with amazing views of the beach and sunsets every night. The condo was clean and spacious! We cooked majority of our food and there was plenty of cookware, silverware, and containers. There wasn’t much that we would recommend them adding. There were 5 of us and was plenty of room for all of us. On our rest and chill days we used the pool, tennis courts and ping pong tables (they also had pickleball courts that we didn’t use). The condo has racquets, balls, ton of beach chairs that we used, different beach umbrellas, snorkel gear. Owner, Fred was very accommodating and generous! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great home, location

We stayed here for 2 nights. The king bed was comfy and the entire condo was clean. Beautiful large porch with comfy chairs. Clean kitchen with cold filtered water in the fridge. Two bathrooms were nice and had extra towels. Only reason to knock 1 star is because no A/C. There was 1 single portable AC machine in the master bedroom which was completely necessary because the condo was so so hot. It was tough to relax in the living room at night due to the heat (Maybe this wouldn't bother you!). I would not have wanted to put anyone in the 2nd bedroom though. However, the two of us slept fine in the master with the portable window unit on.

Place seemed to be falling apart

Place wasn’t dirty per se, but all the closets and storage areas were a mess. There were bugs in the kitchen drawers and all over the unit. There was no central ac which was probably advertised, but the one window unit was half broken and the majority of the fans were so loud that we could only use them on the lowest settings (if at all). Definitely would not recommend staying here, especially for the price.
