Third staying here, love the house and location.

My family enjoys the large house with plenty of outdoor space. Walkable to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s circle.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Large house and pool area, very comfortable. Great location with easy access to the beach and St. Armonds. Property managers were helpful and responsive.

Great Location/Lots of space

We spent a weak with 3 families at the property and had lots of space for everyone. The property is well located near St Armands Circle with plenty of restaurants, shopping and beach access. The management company was easy to work with and communication was great during our stay.

Wonderful property, excellent location!

This home was perfect for 4 sets of grandparents who visited Sarasota for the first time. Easy access to everything, town, beaches, museums, and especially St. Armand Circle that we could walk to. All the shops and restaurants right out the back gate. Excellent location. Heated pool was another plus for our group.

Family Vacation Paradise

Great place for a family vacation. Walking distance to beautiful beaches, shopping and great restaurants. Best equipped rental for all of your needs. Property manager was wonderful. We will be back.

Great family property

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children spent a fabulous week at this lovely property. The home is so spacious and well appointed along with a great pool and fenced yard close to St. Armands circle to all the restaurants and shops as well as Lido Beach. Perfect for our growing family including grandkids. Easy check-in and contact with the host. Highly recommend!

Perfect for large group!

We had family coming from 5 cities in 3 states to spend July 4th week together and this home was the perfect fit. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out, great pool and yard area and lots of parking space. The location is great, with plenty to do within walking distance and easy access to the main roads. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and easy to contact. We would love to visit again someday!

This property is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The overall living areas are good size, we had 14 in our party and never felt cramped. One bedroom is accessed through the garage which was a little awkward. The bathrooms are all a bit small (except master which only has 1 sink) and dated but they got the job done, although the one with a bathtub was not useable as a bath tub, which is hard if you have small kids. The house is older and the air conditioning upstairs works but it never was super cool, but there were fans in every room. Granted we were there in July so very hot outside. Property has 2 washers and 2 dryers which was very helpful. The floor on the main level was epoxy, like you would have in a garage which was extremely hard and seemed a bit odd. The house needs maintenance, some things that were needed was a new filter for fridge, light for microwave, pool light, dishwasher filter completely full (we had to clean out), coffee machine needs cleaning, etc, none of these ruined our stay but surprised that a house with 9.4 rating and price per night wouldn't be kept up better. The kitchen could use a few things, like a large pot and a large cookie sheet. Again, we had a good time but feel like the house could use a bit of work and when the house is cleaned ,they should notice some of the items that need attention.

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There were bikes to use, and even a kayak! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and pillows. The pool was amazing, it was warm and clean. The location was the best! We used the secret door leading out to Armands Circle, we were walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach was just an 11 min walk away, went there every morning to walk the beach. Neighborhood was very nice also. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the great communication and the beautiful home.

Could be beautiful house

On first impression, house looked amazing. Very quickly realised a lot was wrong with it. Including broken cupboard doors, shelves hanging off, patio doors not opening, toilet not flushing, showers not working, all skirting boards off, Rubbish under bed from previous peopletemporary floor with edges sticking up.

This is such a shame. Unfortunately the house was flooded weeks prior to this stay. We called to let them know the baseboards (Her skirting boards) were off with no time in-between guests and were told no problem. We did not want to cancel anyone's vacation. We worked tirelessly to get the house ready for guests. 25K later after water restoration company dried everything out, we were able to save all reservations. The prior guests were happy to not be cancelled and enjoyed their time at the house with no complaints. Different culture calling a drawer in a dresser a cupboard. Yes, one drawer was fixed as it did not slide out smoothly. The shelf was up 8' high in master closet and not intended for use. Shower was user error and works fine. Toilets all work fine from before and after this stay. Rubbish was 100% from their little ones as my assistant knows there was nothing under the bed and saw a grandchild eating the same wrapper when she was called to go over everything to try to make their stay happy. The flooring was sticking up under the rug under the dining table. You had to move that to find this issue. No one before complained. The patio doors were hard to use from the water sitting in the the tracks and all rollers have been replaced.

Fabulous

This house was fantastic! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 6 to 67 and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We even had an extra bedroom. The pool was a big hit and used every day so the abundance of beach towels available were very much appreciated. All your amenities are provided and there were plenty of extras; bikes, kayak, pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas (beach and rain), 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach which was about a 10 minute walk. It is only a couple blocks away from St Armond Circle so we ate at a different restaurant each night and got our fill of shopping. As someone else stated there are 2 washers and dryers for your convenience. I can’t say enough about the manager. Jennifer went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary and she was always accessible . She is the best!! You’ll have no worries while staying in this estate.

Should be so much better

We booked this house on the basis of its locality, size and description. It is in a fantastic location and the agents were very helpful with cots and responses to questions, BUT, the house is one of the first wave of homes on St Armunds. That’s fine, except the interior and it’s provisions haven’t been updated or upgraded for many many years. In fact, what is there now is a mosh-mash of other let’s which added or left a bowl, pot or cup. The furniture is way beyond its best and the bedding, particularly pillows are the cheapest of the cheap. The patio furniture is very tired, in fact rusted to a point of failure and the fabric actually gave way to my slight 76 year old mother. If only the owners cared this could be a great house. Sadly, I don’t think they do. I did express these points to the agents and 5 days later, still have not received a response.

While the property is in a great location for visiting St Armand’s Circle, the house is a bit tired. Mattresses in two bedrooms were worn and toaster oven hard to use as the letters on control had worn off. Property manager was responsive to other issues but some TLC is needed

We always appreciate feedback from our guests. The master bathroom is an open concept so there is no separate water closet. You can see that in our pictures as we always want full disclosure. Sorry if you did not notice that. As far as the cups for 16 people the house only supports 14. I believe you missed a cabinet as we have well over that of different brands. Wish you would have called during your stay we would have gladly helped. I hope you had a great time otherwise.

Outstanding graduation vacation

Our entire family had the greatest time. Everything your could have wanted was available. One point you might want to check is the railing next to the steps for the pool. It seemed loose.

Beautiful house

Had a great experience with this house. Walking distance to st Armand’s circle and Lido beach. Very well appointed with toys, bikes, everything for the beach. Only issue we had was size of the kitchen. Otherwise perfection.

Family break from cold weather

In a word Outstanding! Lots of room, well stocked with towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. Great location to St. Armonds Circle. Our adult children and 4 grandchildren had a blast. I highly recommend this place and Jennifer always responded right away to any questions or concerns. So many good things about this property. I’ve rented about 10 homes on VRBO since I retired and this was the best yet!

The house was perfect

I was so happy with our stay. The house is completely stocked with absolutely anything you can think of. The bikes/beach towels/beach carts were such a nice thing to have since we were traveling via airplane for the first time as a family and didn’t have the convenience of our car to pack the things we knew we would need. I loved the location because you are so close to so many other beaches that you can pack up for a day and go experience other beaches like siesta or the longboat key area. The pool was a real winner with the kids and was very refreshing after spending all day at the beach. We will consider this house in the future since it fit our needs so well. We traveled with family and friends and every person was satisfied with the house. Thanks again for thinking of all the little things, it really made the vacation great.
