Accrocher l'une des meilleures unités de luxe disponibles à la location dans tout le sud de Kihei à taux de dynamite pour un bon moment à Maui. Ceci est un absolument incroyable condo avec Wailea ressemble à un prix Kihei et à seulement 15 secondes à une plage Awesome!

Il s'agit d'une unitĂ© de vue sur l'ocĂ©an rĂ©novĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă  Kihei Kai Nani # 102. Les propriĂ©taires se sont emparĂ©s d'une rĂ©novation de haut en bas impressionnante qui comprend tous les nouveaux appareils, armoires cerises personnalisĂ©es, comptoirs en bĂ©ton teintĂ©, murs et dosserets carrelĂ©s et une fenĂȘtre filtrĂ©e unique entre la cuisine et la salle de bain. Ouais ... une vitre filtrĂ©e entre le salon et la salle de bain ??? Mon argent dit que nous sommes l'un des rares d'unitĂ©s dans le monde offrant cette fonctionnalitĂ© tentant! Notre unitĂ© est dans le bĂątiment trĂšs dĂ©sirĂ© # 1, ce qui lui donne une vue sur l'ocĂ©an rare du rez-de-chaussĂ©e et les avantages de la magnifique plage de Kamaole II littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques secondes. Cette rĂ©novation personnalisĂ©e est loin de tous les autres unitĂ©s de Kihei Kai Nani et est une unitĂ© de location de vacances ou d'oiseaux de neige.

FYI. PAS D'ÉLEVATEURS DANS CE COMPLEXE. Notre unitĂ© est la commoditĂ© du rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une vue sur l'ocĂ©an Lanai. De plus, un systĂšme de climatisation central et une chambre Ă  coucher CENTRAL viennent d'ĂȘtre installĂ©s, ce qui en fait une unitĂ© Primo Double Win!

Host was responsive to messages through VRBO and also phone calls. The property is lovely, extremely beautiful upgrades- we peeked into other open door condos and Mark and Pam did a great job on the renovation. The A/C sold us on this unit, but the close proximity to the beach was what stands out for us. Provided all sorts of amenities to include hair dryer, flat iron, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies. We may even break our rule of not visiting the same place teice as our 9 days here was nothing but exceptional. We loved everything about the property!!

The house was just what we needed. It was easy to get in. A great location if you want to be close to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants within a mile of this location. No issues with the noise.

Great location, directly across street from the beach. Walking friendly area with many restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Mark, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The unit was extremely clean, newly remodeled, great water pressure in shower, and plenty blankets/towels. While we didn’t use them, there were also quite a few beach supplies including boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs and towels. Had a very positive experience - would love to stay again!

Some nice renovations evident in this condo but the overall property is fairly old and there is some evidence of a ‘patchwork fix’ in some details in the condo. Street noise is difficult to avoid since the unit is 50’ away from the busy S Kihei Rd and the lanai is only a few feet away from a large parking lot and pathway to the beach. There is no privacy on the lanai but lots of people will greet you if you’re out there for breakfast, dinner, a beer
. The unit is well stocked with everything from flatware to utensils to beach stuff
 and all of good quality.

We stayed 9 nights here and it was perfect. Great location, really comfortable, tasteful accommodations (with AC!) and the host was welcoming and an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well equipped and a super comfortable bed and bedroom. My husband loved the cherry wood cabinets. We would definitely come back to this condo when visiting Maui again. Thank you Mark and Pam!

This condo was exactly as described, 10Condo was clean, very well appointed, great A/C, large bathroom, location was excellent, just steps from the beach, and steps from restaurants and lounges. Property was very nice, parking was no issue at all. Host was very respondent, with excellent communication before, during and after.Overall, an outstanding trip. July Visit

This is our third time staying at this unit and we already have Christmas booked. Absolutely wonderful and Mark and Pam are always available and helpful as needed. The unit is well-kept and extremely comfortable. The entire process from check-in to check-out is as easy as it gets.Overall, amazing!

We have stayed at this property about 2 years ago. It is a fantastic place to stay and has a fabulous view. Right across from the beach. Quiet area but close enough to walk to food and shopping. The owners communication is great. We had trouble getting the TV to work and they answered right a way and helped.

Hidden Gem in Kihei

I’ve stayed in Kihei many times over the years, but this condo truly stood out. The interior was beautifully done, I especially loved the stonework, which gave it a unique and upscale feel. Being directly across from the beach was incredible; I could catch breathtaking sunsets on the sand just steps from the door. Plus, the location is perfect, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great restaurants and local markets. I’ll absolutely be looking to book this place again. Mahalo!

Wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the unit was exceptional, and the location was great as we just walked across the street to jump into the ocean. The beach across the road was excellent—quick bites to eat nearby and centrally located to anything from Wailea up the coast. Did not have one issue with anything in the unit, and communication was excellent with the owners.

Maui Excellence

The condo was perfect! Clean, great location, close to restaurants/shopping and exactly as advertised. The condo had the “little things” that made our stay even better (beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc). If planing a trip to Maui, I highly recommend.

We live in Washington State and bought our first Kihei vacation rental in a different complex - the Maui Vista in 2013 (#464736). It's been completely booked ever since and we've really enjoyed interacting with the guests and their Maui experiences. So much so that we decided to purchase this quality unit with the one thing we didn't have...an ocean view. We are offering this new unit at the same price points creating some incredible value.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and this is as close as you can get without breaking the bank. We're also next to some of my favorite watering holes. I'm talking crawling distance! Coupling those with an lanai ocean view and being able to offer it at such an affordable price, we couldn't pass it up. Our hope is you can't either.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ground Floor Lanai Ocean Views are almost unheard of, but we have one. Also, this complex has NO elevators. only stairs, so NO lugging luggage, groceries, beach gear or golf bags up and down stairs with our unit. This is also a true 'walking vacation' rental with Wailea looks at an affordable Kihei price & 15 seconds to an awesome beach. Together with the complexes amenities, Olympic size swimming pool and the 55 inch TV in this sought after building #1 unit....you can't go wrong.
