Fantastic stay in Florence. First time in Italy and we were a little uncertain about a lot of things. Staying at this apartment was a great decision. Located a short walk from downtown, but also close to convenient places like coffee shops and small grocery. Simone was excellent to work with. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

This cute Florentine apartment is in a quiet neighborhood within 100 meters of the entrance to Porta Romana and the Boboli Gargens, a 15 minute walk to the Pizzi Palace, and another 10 to Ponte Vecchio bridge. Good cafes and restaurants are around the corner or within walking distance. Simone met us, helped with our luggage, and was a delightful host helping in any way he could. We would stay there again.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The host supplied all the nice little amenities one would want. The host was very nice and pleasurable to deal with. There are two good & reasonably priced restaurants (and a bakery) within a 1 minute walk. The air conditioning was helpful as it was warm when we visited. A great value!
