Situé à proximité de la plage de Manasota à seulement 0,6 km à pied ou à 8,8 km de la plage, un terrain d'un demi-acre remodelé en 2014 avec un court de tennis privé et une toute nouvelle piscine de 34 x 12 pieds . Cette villa établit de nouvelles normes de location.
Avec 5 chambres complètes pour max. 10 personnes, y compris les petits enfants, 3 salles de bains, un salon confortable et une salle à manger spacieuse, vous pouvez vous attendre l'entourage parfait pour des vacances parfaites et relaxantes. La maison elle-même est divisée en deux étages. Au premier étage, vous trouverez trois chambres et une salle de bains, et au deuxième étage, la suite principale comprenant une salle de bains est située avec une autre chambre et une salle de bains supplémentaire.

This was my family and I’s first trip to this area and this was the perfect house! Perfect amenities for both the small babies and the older kids. Very clean, and everything was easy! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We brought our family of 6 to this area for the first time and had an excellent week. The area was very quiet and peaceful, close to things we could drive to for groceries and shopping. The house was amazing! My kids used the pool/tennis court/basketball goal many times throughout the week. Everyone having their own (spacious) bedroom was a major plus! We had everything we needed and relaxed in comfort during our entire stay. Would 100% recommend this home and location to anyone vacationing with a big family and not wanting to fight traffic and crowded tourist areas.

An awesome house with a ton of space and beds! It’s our second time staying there and we would stay again. It’s a very short drive to the beach and it’s amazing to have a private pool, tennis courts, and basketball hoop on the property. House/kitchen supplies are also well stocked. My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps 12 there should be more places to sit. More seating could be added with a large L-shaped couch and an additional chair by the bookshelves which would be my recommendation. Great stay overall!!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the location, how roomy and comfortable the home is. Everything is done top notch. The beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful and what a great kitchen. Now add a beautiful pool and tennis court and you have the perfect home away from home

Wow! What an incredible stay! We loved every minute of being in paradise. Very short walk ( about 15 minutes to the beach.) Everythjng was in immaculate condition. The tennis court was a fun surprise. I look forward to staying again. Thanks for memories!

This house is great for larger groups, with six bedrooms. Clean and comfortable, newer amenities and fully equiped kitchen. Owner was great to deal with.

Fantastic location

What a beautiful home and perfect location to walk to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and private. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the home contained everything we needed. We spent much of our time on the porch, enjoying the view!

Perfect place for our family vacation

This place was very nice! We loved the big rooms, nice pool, fun tennis court/basketball hoop. The walk to the beach was just right. It had pretty much everything we needed and both the host, Katrin and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to others!!

As beautiful as the pictures

This house was immaculate and has so much to offer. So much space for everyone, huge pool, and we loved the tennis court and basketball hoop too. Nice quiet location on sandy drive,just the kind of place we dream of.

Great location and property.

The house was as advertised, once we learned where everything was we settled in for a nice relaxing week. Great views in the evening from the balcony and the pool was a big hit. Short walk to the beach every day as well. A lot of stairs, but that was expected. A great place to stay if you are looking.

Nice house - beautiful setting

We really enjoyed the house and the amenities and closeness to the beach. We had some trouble initially getting the xfinity cable to work, but the host was quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall, we would stay here again.

Upon checkin the pool was green and much garbage from previous occupants. The tvs in bedrooms were not usable as no service was provided. The next day the refrigerator in the kitchen went out and had to use the downstairs frig which didn’t have shelves. Very inconvenient. Reported to host and a handyman was sent but stated an appliance person would have to come. There was no further response from the host. Also, I had extended the rental for one night to leave on the 4th, but at 10:00 sharp on the 3rd the cleaners were in the downstairs as I was getting out of the shower. I was so aggravated at that point, I left on the 3rd anyway.

This house was perfect for families! Renter beware - there are a lot of stairs! The kids and adults both had an amazing time. This is close to the beach and shockingly minimal traffic. Great location!

Luxury house for ten closed to the beach

This property offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can chill at the pool, play tennis and you will reach the beach in a couple of mknutes by feet. Very clean house and the owners and the property management are very communicative and helpful. Thanks for all.

This property is unique. Build on three floors, you have a wonderful view over the inter coastal waterway leading to the beaches. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets either by sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of chardonnay or while having a nice dinner.
We spent more than ten years of our holidays in this area before our local agent offered us this wonderful villa. We come back whenever it's possible but we like to share it with people who want to spend a beautiful and unforgattable vacation.

Close to the beaches, spacious with 3200 sq. feet or more than 320 square meters, modern and outstanding architecture. With own tennis court and large heated pool. Incredible views, enough space for ten people.
