This is a fantastic refuge after a day at the parks! It is obviously not corporate owned. Catch fish off the dock, enjoy the sights and sounds of the birds, loosen up in the hot tub. Inside and outside, this was the perfect place to stay in Orlando! Our party of six (and dog) could not have enjoyed it more. Thanks Lenny!

Amazing stay on the most gorgeous property! The view from, the screened in patio is beautiful! The pictures don't do it any justice! The house is huge and decorated so nice. I didn't want to leave!

Awesome Location

We traveled here from Australia and Lenny was extremely helpful and accommodating, his response time to messages was simply first class and His place is amazing and in a perfect location for water sports / relaxing and travelling to Disney and universal !!! do yourself a favor and book a stay here

Everything about the house and location was excellent; everything worked well. The house is nicer and more spacious in person than in the pictures. The yard and lake setting are great. The location is central to restaurants, the airport and attractions.

Lenny’s home looks nice in picture, but even better in person! It would be great for families or small groups visiting Orlando. Lenny was easy to communicate with and very accommodating as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience! House exceeded expectations. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had the run of the quit lake. Great fishing.. Amazing memories. Lenny was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Cheers!

Super Host and Lovely Home

My family traveled to the area on spring break for a warm location to boat on fresh water. This home did not disappoint. Outdoor spaces were wonderful and no sand gnats or mosquitos to contend with. We anticipated cooking in most nights and brought lots of cookware from home but didn't need any of it. Well furnished kitchen. Beds were comfy, house was clean, and fully stocked. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

All the homeowners possessions are in the house

The electrical is messed up I think the house is a fire hazard. The home owner also ripped off the insurance company saying we damaged the dock. This place needs lots of help. Not worth the price

Wow. Never had anything but 5 star reviews. The only fire hazard was the massive fireworks show off my freshly painted dock. Pictures of stains and burns along with invoices we sent to damage protection policy. They paid without question and must have gone back to guest which prompted his review. It’s good for guest that I didn’t review him as they didn’t really follow rules or treat our primary home with respect. Smoking (weed) in the house was a problem for me.

Very nice property

Great home to stay in. Clean, safe, and owner was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation. 9 out of 10 stars is how I would rate it, some very minor repairs to be made and owner is aware.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast. Great amenities and right on the lake. Interior of the house looks like it was recently renovated. Owner/Manager communicated every step of the way and made everything very easy on us. We would definitely go back.

Loved our stay!

We travelled with my two teenage sons and elderly mother and father in law. The property was so beautiful and peaceful. While we were running they were able to relax and enjoy the weather so comfortably. The home is definitely more beautiful than the pictures depict. The master bedroom with adjustable king bed and bathroom was just what they needed. We were extremely thrilled. Thank you for sharing your home!

Good Stay

Property is as advertised. My family was looking for a lakefront property for rent. We have a boat and wanted to surf/wakeboard during our stay. Lake Jessamine was good for both. Owner was easy to communicate with and house was ready for us upon our arrival. Plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. House was well equipped if you want to make your own meals.

Absolutely beautiful house, on a beautiful lakefront property. Perfect for Thanksgiving with family.

The property owner, Lenny, was very helpful and attentive throughout the reservation and check-in process, and we were very grateful for that. Upon arriving to the property, the location was stunning and the pictures, while beautiful, did not even do the location justice. The house was spotless, and very roomy and accomadating to our 6 adult/3 toddler party. Appliances were new and working perfectly, and the backyard, back patio and seating deck, dock, hammocks etc., truly were the icing on the cake. The entire family has discussed future stays at this property already, if it’s available. We highly recommend this VRBO location!
