This beautifully decorated ocean view and pool view 2bdr/2ba condo is located in the highly desirable oceanfront gated community of Ocean Villas, nestled in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. This is a two-story condo with two balconies that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. One balcony is located off the living room for family enjoyment and the other off the Master Bedroom for romantic star-gazing evenings amidst the ocean breeze!
Ocean Villas has a heated pool, as well as a new beach side pool that was completed last Spring; each with restroom facilities. There is a large gazebo, great for catching the sunrise or gathering with friends, that is located on the oceanfront. The private beach entrance and boardwalk are located at the gazebo.
You will have full access to all of the amenities the condominium grounds offer. Ocean Villas 3 has a full-size washer and dryer, renovated kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave
furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or prepare a quick snack in between your enjoyment of the sun and sea! Dedicated WiFi connection for our guests, TVs with cable in the living room and both bedrooms, and a DVD player stocked with popular DVD movies. We even provide a cooler for adults and sand toys for kids to take to the beach!
The unit is set up with a full bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor, and two bedrooms with a full bathroom on the second level. The master bedroom has a King size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for your extra guest.
Because this is a two-story condo (2nd/3rd floor), there will be no one above you.
This is a highly popular location for those familiar with St. Augustine Beach because of its well-manicured grounds and convenient location to restaurants, food stores and shops. Also, this venue is just a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! You can’t beat this location for fun in the sun or a peaceful beach getaway!

Beach getaway

This property was perfect for our stay. Had a viee of the ocean, direct beach access from facility, and 2 pools that were clean and warm. We will stay here again.

Get away to St Augustine

Beautiful property, up to date decor. Loved both pools and location to stores and restaurants. Loved driving our vehicle on the beach! Beds were very comfortable, as well as the furniture. 2 balonies, with a view of the ocean. Property was very quiet, which was awesome! Will stay here again!

Good Location and Thoughtful Touches, with Some Room for Improvement

The place was perfectly fine for our stay—comfortable and in a great location. It had everything we really needed, and a few thoughtful extras like plenty of beach toys and some kids’ games and puzzles, which were a nice surprise.There were a few frustrations, mostly around communication and small practical issues. The listing mentioned beach toys, which were thankfully there, but when I reached out in advance with questions (including about beach and pool towels), the responses were vague and uncertain. It’s hard to plan properly when the availability of items isn’t clear, especially when some are listed in the description. In the end, there also were a few pool towels provided, though not enough for all of us.Functionally, the bathtub drain couldn’t be closed, which meant it couldn’t be used as a bathtub—something important when traveling with toddlers. The remote for the ceiling fan and light was missing batteries, and the dresser drawers were dirty inside. Also, the curtain in the main bedroom left a third of the sliding glass door uncovered, letting in lots of direct sunlight first thing in the morning and making the room noticeably warmer.Despite those things, it was a suitable and comfortable place overall. With just a few small fixes and clearer communication, it could be even better.

Great mini-Vacation!

We enjoyed the stay at this condo, primarily due to the closeness of the beach, kitchen/laundry in the unit, restaurants and Publix, and the amazing saltwater pool! We didn’t spend much time inside but when we did there were plenty of TVs and WiFi to go around! The Property managers were quick to assist (within a few min) with a beeping fire alarm, which was the only issue we had.

Great Trip

We had a great time. The pools, especially the heated one, came in very hand and was well maintained. The unit was very modern and accommodated our family well. Everything was in working order and the tv had lots of options. Great place and the ocean was just a quick walk.

Couple of days at the beach

Overall we enjoyed but we found that the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot. I believe it’s just a poorly designed HVAC system or just very old. Downstairs area stayed at a very comfortable 72 degrees but upstairs even after the sun had gone down it was still hovering at 79 degrees. We ended up having to run to a local store to purchase two fans for each room just to make it comfortable to sleep. Won’t return to this location due to this issue.

Great location!

Checking/out was super easy. Fantastic location with two pools(1 heated). Walkable to mini golf and many restaurants. Only negative was the blender is broken and the kitchen utensils could be a bit better but overall a great place and would stay here again.
