Ce condo 1 chambre est situé dans la communauté fermée Plaza Villas au coeur de Palm Springs. Ce modÚle de 643 pieds carrés de niveau inférieur a été remodelé et meublé pour que tous les clients se sentent les bienvenus et confortables.

Le salon a un grand canapĂ© avec lit double gigogne. Un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat de 55 'avec dĂ©codeur cĂąble. Le WiFi et le tĂ©lĂ©phone longue distance vers les États-Unis et le Canada sont Ă©galement inclus.

La chambre à coucher a un lit king-size avec des draps supplémentaires et une salle de bain privée avec comptoirs en granit, baignoire / douche, placard et balcon. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 'et d'un téléphone.

La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Kevin and Julie met us at the condo that is within walking distance of all the hot spots in Palm Springs. They were more than gracious and very helpful. The layout of the condo was perfect and it was supplied with all the essentials. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the patio and spending time at the pool.

This was my first experience with Vrbo, and it exceeded my expectations. Kevin and Julie met us at the property, showed us around and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. They have set a high bar for future experiences. The immaculately clean condo, is stocked with all the amenities you need, from kitchen items to sunscreen to washer/dryer with detergent. We ate breakfast on the cozy patio, and used the pool and jacuzzi just steps from the condo door. This property is perfectly located a short walk east of the restaurants and shops of North Palm Canyon Drive, and covered parking is assigned near the condo. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The code-access locks on the exterior gate and front door add even more security without having to keep track of keys. This property was exactly what we wanted — easy, comfortable and peace of mind. I recommend without hesitation.

Very clean condo well stocked in dishes, plates, cookware etc, as well as linens. Owner very helpful and referred me to a dependable driver for an early morning flight. Short walk to downtown and since all my activities were in the downtown area, I did not need to rent a car. Two pools well maintained. Complex very quiet.

Condo is in a great location, clean, quiet and well appointed. It was about a 10-minute walk to downtown for us. We went back and forth a few times each day. Property is about an hour from Joshua Tree National Park and close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Kevin the owner met us upon our arrival and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sites to see.

Fantastic stay

The hosts have thought of just about everything to make our stay enjoyable. There was lots of closet space and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and pool towels available. The unit is very close to the pool and hot tub area and the grounds are very pretty. Lots of guest parking near the entrance gate. The people in the complex are very friendly and the area is close to downtown restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely recommend for two people! The pictures don’t do it justice.

Great location in Palm Springs

We loved the location of our condo, level entry, beautiful decor, comfortable king size bed and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Our hosts were kind enough to meet us when we first arrived to answer any questions we had about the condo, nearby restaurants, etc. We plan to return to Palm Springs and hope it is available on our next visit.

Great condo

Enjoyed our time in Palm Springs at this very nice condo. Great location to walk and explore the area. Nicely furnished, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen well equipped for cooking in. Lots of closet and cupboard space to unpack. Complex has beautiful grounds, 2 pools and large nice hot tub. Kevin was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday week get away

Excellent location, very peaceful, calming complex, comfortable condo, had everything we needed, loved how close and walkable it was to downtown which has many vibrate shops and dinner locations. Host was very organized and highly communative. We appreciated the organized, clean, up to date decor! We hope to return.

Great Location

The apt is within a short 2 block walk to downtown PS. Close to restaurants and shops. The 2 pools and hot tub are a good size. One pool is even large enough to do short laps. The apt is well equipped for cooking. Overall the apt was very comfortable for our 10 day stay and Kevin was very responsive in my dealings with him. Would definitely recommend.

Best condo in PS!

We love this place. The condo is charming and the villa is very nice. Lots of citrus (although there were no lemons this year, bummer). The grounds are well taken care of with lots of flowers and desert plants. The condo is small which is perfect for a vacation. Julie and Kevin are awesome hosts. What could be better?

Excellent Palm Springs Condo

Kevin and Julie are consumate professional hosts. The unit is extremely well equipped and tastefully appointed. Location, both in the complex, and in downtown Palm Springs, is unbeatable. Check in and orientation is the best we have experienced. Kevin and Julie are wonderful hosts!

Comfortable Condo Close to Downtown and the Airport

If you are looking for a comfortable, spotless updated "home away from home" located within a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and a few minutes from the airport, this is the place! The photographs are accurate, the grounds are impeccable and the hosts are very attentive and easily accessible if needed. The complex is gated and very secure and you are guaranteed a good night's sleep in a comfortable king-size bed with lovely linens. Thank-you Kevin and Julie!
