Maison 3BR / 2BA entiÚrement meublée sur 100 pieds de façade océanique. La maison a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux planchers de bois franc et est entiÚrement meublée, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (6 confortablement) et comprend un lit king-size, un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit double. L'océan est littéralement juste devant la porte et les vues sont spectaculaires. Les établissements de restauration sont accessibles à pied. Le prix comprend la télévision par cùble, Internet (WiFi) et tous les services publics.

The property was exactly how a beach house should feel. The owner was much more accommodating than one would expect for a short term rental. The house was very clean which is the first thing we notice. The location, the view, and the convenience was perfect. I don’t write reviews and never have, but this owner deserves a lot of consideration. Best money I’ve spent in a long time and would have just kept the place for a longer stay if the family could have stayed for an extended time.

Peaceful getaway

Wonderful location and a beautiful home. Loved the views from the front living room, and sunrises were spectacular. The house was very comfortable and the owner was great to make sure everything we needed was available.

Great Location!

Loved being so close to the ocean and enjoyed the stay. The property pictures were from a little while back and the recent storm or just time had passed... either way the appearance needs some upkeep. The yard is has big areas with no grass where there is grass other parts, there are places where it looks like rust on the front of the home, the wall surrounding the front is covered in a black substance. The inside is an older home, the floors are unlevel and made for a roller coaster feeling when you walk across the rooms. Beds are extremely basic mattresses. There are plenty of supplies, the owner is very helpful. There is a lady living on site in the garage apartment who was talkative and friendly. The price was ok and the view is fabulous!

A cozy home~ 7 nights of heaven

We loved this cozy home. It has plenty of room for a family. The area is perfect, ocean view, nice breeze from the ocean. Location: perfect!! Short walk across the road to the beach. Close to all the nice restaurants, shops & the pier. Our favorite place was walking to Oceanside bar & grill (great food) short drive to Ormond, Daytona, Palm Coast & less than an hr to St. Augustine. Flagler Beach is our favorite. The owner (Gregg) responds quick on anything you might need. We will be back & hopes to stay here every year. This was our 3rd year to Flagler. We love the area & our fur babies do too. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation.

Steps from the beach

This property is amazing. The location is steps from the beach. Flagler Beach is a wonderful community where you can unwind and enjoy fun in the sun. The drive to Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, and Dayton Beach are all reasonable. There is so much to see and do that we look forward to coming back.

Great Location, Easy Check In, Good Communication

The house was clean and had everything I needed for my stay, was in a great location and has the greatest views (sunrises are amazing). Great communication from Gregg and I was all set when I arrived. Lori is friendly and helpful. Short drive to St. Augustine which is highly recommended. Multiple bike trails and lots of places to ride bikes. I wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

This house is perfectly described and the owner could not be more helpful. The location is great. It sits on a corner lot and the ocean is just across the street. Watching the sunrise from the house is an absolute must. The house was well equipped with everything that you need and just about anything you forgot. Gregg was so helpful from start to finish. He gives you great tips for the area and is quick to answer any questions that you have. If you want a quiet beach vacation away from all the crowded beaches, this is the place. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful beach house!

Incredible location!!

Gregg’s house is the best in the area! The location is awesome! Pictures DO NOT do it justice! You can sit on the front porch every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean with your coffee listening to the waves. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We spent a month and didn’t want to leave! WiFi is great for anyone curious about the speed due to any work/meetings. The yard is completely fenced so perfect for our dog with no concern of being too curious and sniffing her way out. Gregg is super easy to work with and Lori, his on-site “caretaker” was very friendly & helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!

Awesome beach house with a great view!!

Gregg, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was a great experience! Lori was awesome and we loved Luna!! The only suggestion would be to put some type of patio cover over at the side of the house where you can sit and watch a storm out over the ocean and be out of the rain. Overall, great house awesome view!!

January bliss

What a wonderful location ..beach access right across the street and pet friendly and several restaurants you can walk to with your pet and dine outdoors ..love Flagler Beach.. nice sidewalk to ride your bike on.. The garage on the property was helpful to store our golf clubs and bikes .. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating .. Nice size yard with a wall around it to keep our dog in ..Love being able to watch the sunrise and sunset right from your porch ...we would definitely rent again ..thanks Greg

Flagler Beach

August 3-8, 2020. We had a great time staying here. Mr. Garvey was very helpful & made things very easy for us. Oceanside Bar and Grill is one block over. As well as a smoothie shop the kids loved. Of course the beach was the best part. Beach access is at the other end of the block. The one directly across from the house was under construction during our stay but was progressing well. It was a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Quite Beach getaway!!!

Great view/ location

This house has the best view and a great location!! The beach area near the house wasn’t crowded any while we there we actually had most of the beach area in front of the house to ourselves every day! The house had plenty of room for the seven we had and a great kitchen with all cookware and utensils we needed to cook while we were there!! The owner was very informative and easy to communicate with!! We had no problems during our stay and would highly recommend this rental to other families!!

I am 52 years old and still live and work in Wisconsin where I grew up. I am still several years from retirement and bought the house in Flagler Beach as my wife and I fell in love with the community and the uniqueness that Flagler Beach has to offer. I do not get down to the house as much as I would like to, so renting it out helps to pay the bills.

The location of the house is hard to beat. Being right on the ocean with the beach and spectacular views is so relaxing. The house sits on a double-sized corner lot that creates a feeling of openness and privacy that is hard to experience with many other properties. The neighborhood is safe and several good restaurants are within walking distance. Only a 25 minute walk down the beach will get you to the famous Flagler Pier. If you want to get away from the beach for even a few days, there are plenty of other area attractions from the farmer's market, to sugar plantation ruins, to the historic city of St. Augustine that will make this house a memorable stay.

Very unique southwestern style stucco house in the heart of Flagler Beach, with a large lot only steps from the beach. The views of the ocean out the front bay windows are spectacular. The house has been recently updated with hardwood floors and one bathroom was just completely remodeled and now has a walk-in shower with maple cabinets. The master bedroom has new maple cabinets including a built-in desk.
