Guerrino and MariaPia were delightful hosts. They welcomed us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. They explained where everything was and how everything worked. Guerrino was very helpful as one of our suitcases was broken, so he showed us a shop where we could buy a new suitcase. He walked us up to show us where the local supermarket, Fresh Food market, and their favourite pizza restaurant was located. We went to the pizza restaurant for dinner one night and it was really great food and great value.The bus and the Metro are only a couple of minutes walk so very easy to access, between 20 and 30 minutes into the Vatican by bus. Transport was very easy. The whole area was just lovely and we would definitely come back here again. Thank you Guerrino and MariaPia.

Came to Rome for the first time and stayed at this little apartment with my parents. The apartment was very clean and in a good location in relation to both the bus stop and the Metro. Our hosts were very kind and gracious as we forgot to have cash on us beforehand. Absolutely loved getting up and getting breakfast in the market across the street. Would stay again!

Guerrino is the excellent host: super friendly and very helpful! We returned to this location since we liked it very much last year. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The communication to the historic centre of the city is very comfortable (several buses and the subway). Wonderful Mercato Primavalle is just across the street if someone likes to have a morning coffee and some pastry (Bar Maria Ro) , or excellent bread, buns and biscotties for a breakfast (Panificio Costantini), enjoying at the same time a super friendly social environment. Excellent location for families

We stayed as a family and the host was very helpful and the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The location is near a small village with pizza restaurants and local eateries - and a 15 min walk to the train station - very convenient. We loved our time here.

Rome Stay

Very clean, enjoyed our stay. The host was very hospitable. The location was a bus and subway ride from the central area of Rome, that took about a half an hour.

Great little place to stay,

We really liked this place,, a bit of a step back to an earlier time, not modern but clean.. And close to bus and train, The son speaks good English and was a great help, we would stay again, For us a perfect fit, it is away far enough away from tourist activity but close enough to get to fairly quickly,

Great Place in Rome!

This was a great place to stay--comfortable, AC worked well, and just a 10-minute walk from the Metro. We were able to get around to all our sightseeing spots without difficulty.

Convenient and safe place to stay

check in has been easy with Mr Guerrino. the place is cosy, and is about a 10mins walk to Battistini station. there are 2 good supermarkets nearby (very convenient).

This apartment was excellent for our honeymoon. Outside the main area of Rome where things are quieter but a short walk to the train station to travel to main city area. Apartment was very clean and had all the proper amenities. The bed was a bit hard but we would not hesitate to book this property again. We were very happy with our stay here. The family running this apartment was very kind and helpful.
