Cette propriété est disponible pour les locations du dimanche au dimanche en été. Le 116 Ariola Drive est lumineux et lumineux à l'intérieur et offre une vue époustouflante sur l'extérieur. Cette maison de 2 300 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes et possède l'aménagement parfait pour une grande famille. 116 Ariola Drive 1110 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes. L'entrée au niveau inférieur comporte une cage d'escalier ouverte et ensoleillée menant au niveau principal. Une chambre est également à ce niveau inférieur, offrant un lit queen size et un futon-lit. Dans la cage d'escalier se trouve le salon / salle à manger principal. La cuisine de style cuisine a beaucoup d'espace de préparation, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un excellent bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec de nombreux sièges. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé en coupe de style familial, d'une table à manger / de jeux et d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale du niveau principal se trouve sur le côté gauche de la maison, dispose d’un lit king size, d’une salle de bain privée et s’ouvre sur le pont. Dans le salon sont deux autres chambres, chacune avec un lit queen. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain qui dessert également le salon / salle à manger. À côté de la cuisine se trouve un escalier en colimaçon unique menant à une immense chambre, parfaite pour les enfants. Cette chambre a trois lits queen, une salle de bain privée spacieuse avec un combo baignoire / douche et double vasque, et des portes s'ouvrant sur un pont de niveau supérieur avec une vue imprenable. Ce pont de niveau supérieur comporte des escaliers menant au pont de niveau principal, avec un autre escalier menant directement au sable blanc. We had a micro wedding. During our stay, the AC went out. They sent out a tech who said nothing was wrong. Our guests who traveled hours had to leave early due to the heat of the home. We reached back out the next day and a tech came out to say that the previous one turned the dehumidifier on that was pushing hot air into the home. The home was 89 degrees. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, but we were disappointed in the absence of basic supplies that every other property we've ever stayed in has (plenty of TP, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, etc... and would have appreciated at least a few things in the kitchen pantry such as salt/pepper, olive oil, etc). Also would have been great to have had at least a few beach towels supplied, as this was a right-on-the-beach property. Maintenance of the house could be stepped up a notch as well. Without regard, we had a wonderful stay and a great time, and there was plenty of parking, which doesn't always happen at beach properties!

We are sorry the starter supplies did not meet your expectations. To ensure guests know exactly what is provided and what they may want to bring, we send this information before arrival. An email detailing these items was sent to you on September 15th at 8:01 a.m. It sounds as though those communications may have landed in a spam folder or simply been overlooked, which is unfortunate since their purpose is specifically to prevent the inconvenience you described. As is standard with vacation rentals, the items provided are an initial starter supply and are not intended to last throughout an entire stay. Guests staying more than just a couple of days should expect to purchase additional quantities based on their needs. We also intentionally do not leave consumable food products such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, or other items. For the health and safety of our guests, we cannot verify how these products were handled, stored, used, or whether they were altered after opening. For that reason, food and consumable kitchen products are removed between guests rather than passed along from one reservation to the next. We work very hard to be transparent about what guests can expect before they arrive, and we’re fortunate to welcome a large number of repeat guests who return to stay with us year after year. We are so glad to hear that you did enjoy your stay though and we hope to welcome you back again next year.

Great home right on the beach! The kitchen is very well stocked. The wet bar area was convenient as well with an ice maker.The balcony is spacious and such a great place to unwind after a day on the beach.There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which was super helpful!Unfortunately there was construction on the beach in Pensacola which could not be helped but we were offered transportation to the public access if we needed.I would absolutely stay here again!Thank you!

Beautiful house, plenty of space, it has beach toys for all, bring beach chairs, close walk to local shops, and friendly local residents. Needs: Sliding doors need Preventative Maintenance, silverware is short of the max quantity of people.

Fantastic Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never have I wanted to buy a vacation home more! This house was wonderful for a large group with a couple of kids. The location is incredible, I worried it was close enough to hotels that the beach would be crowded but it was not. The patio was fantastic in the evening. 6 rooms in total, and some additional sleeping spaces (foldout couch etc)— with 3 rooms on lower/upper floors meant kids could sleep without being disturbed by household activities. Several staircases plus covered patio space and outdoor hose/showerhead made it so easy to go to and from the beach. Everything ran well, no maintenance issues. Easy to get to town. FYI there are a half dozen beach chairs, kids beach toys and even a couple boogie boards— we rented a beach umbrella. No beach towels, we knew to bring our own. The one downside is the pantry is truly unstocked— seems they toss out even salt and pepper, it was needlessly inconvenient (and presumably wasteful) to buy things like basic seasoning and cooking oil. I don’t mind that Paradise Beach homes gives only a few days’ supplies of toilet paper, soap, etc— but the bare pantry necessitated a late-night grocery run just for basic cooking supplies. The kitchen is adequately stocked regarding dishware and cookware. Check-in and checkout processes are clear and straightforward and you don’t have to clean the whole house (which always feels like my experienve for AirBnB). We had a booking snafu and the Paradise Beach home staff were really responsive. Would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great I would go back!! The only complaint we had is it needs a light in the den! The kitchen is very well equipped... the beds are comfortable! The beach is perfect!! We had a wonderful family trip!!

Beach perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. As gamers, we especially enjoyed the large dining table. We had the beach and splendid views to ourselves(except for the manatees and dolphins who came by!). Hope to return in the future.
