De nombreux clients qui reviennent réservent les maisons de ville Dune 1 année après année - c'est une tradition pour certains qui a commencé il y a de nombreuses années. Avec une vue incomparable sur le golfe, une piscine au bord de la plage et une promenade privée vers la plage, il n'est pas étonnant que les clients considèrent cet endroit spécial à la plage comme leur deuxième maison. Niché sur la plage de Dune Allen, Dune 1 a 14 maisons en rangée sur le golfe. Les caractéristiques du premier étage comprennent la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger et le porche grillagé. Toutes les chambres sont au deuxième étage avec des suites de maître face au golfe et un balcon complet. Les réservations se font sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi, alors assurez-vous de réserver votre place tôt. Votre famille, comme tant d'autres, fera des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie.

I’d Stay Here Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location-needs a bit of love

Condo was in a great location and was clean. Needs more kitchen items- mugs, glassware, plates. Carpet a bit old, but that’s an easy fix at some point. easy walk down to beach— 13 stairs to beach!! Comfortable furniture and relaxing environment!

The unit was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These units were a nice memory for us, we stayed here like 20 years ago and they have been redecorated and remodeled and it was obvious someone has tried very hard to keep these nice, the cleaners however are not so committed, and I completely understand, hard to find help, people don’t really care if they don’t own it, but that should definitely be addressed. We wiped down walls, cleaned dirty appliances, and tried to leave it better than we found it. Even called to let management know the owners closet was left standing ajar. We closed it, and tried to secure it. Hopefully these issues will be addressed, and this property will get the love it deserves!

Some faults but I’d stay here again.

Great location, great place, LOTS OF STAIRS. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a pool in our back door. The small bedroom has NO storage or room for luggage and the closet is so tiny. Pack light. The main complaint we had is the bathroom showers had mold in them. The guest bathroom tile was disgusting and the master bath shower curtain has mold. We cleaned it the best we could ourselves but it needs deep cleaned but even with this complaint I’d still stay here again. Owners…. Try decorating the upstairs. Blank walls are depressing. Downstairs looks great.

Some good, some bad. MOLDY

I went to book our vacation this year and realized I had not reviewed. I hate to be negative but there were some definite negatives to this unit. First the positives, because we did enjoy our vacation as a whole. Beautiful beach. Spacious unit. Plenty of space for our family and my mother-in-law Location. The location is great. We loved Santa Rosa Beach and found there to be lots of unique eateries in the area. We also don't like to be near the crowded touristy areas. This was definitely not that. Small complex. This is a plus for us. We enjoyed how quiet it was (we went after peak season). Convenience to the beach. It was great to be right at the beach and the pool. We have 2 young kids and this was exactly what we were looking for. Negatives- MOLDY. This unit was so moldy and musty that we actually got sick from it while we were there. Between guests they have the A/C basically off which traps in all of the moisture and makes it extremely unpleasant when you arrive. It took a full 24 hours to cool it down and get the majority of the smell to dissipate. It was so bad, we went to walmart to get Flonase and medicine for our kids and we bought a new air filter for the intake which had obviously not been changed in a VERY long time. This is the main reason we will not be returning to this unit. The master bathroom has serious drainage issues. You can tell that this is an ongoing problem. There were openings in the wall from repair work they had done. It basically flooded and refused to drain the entire time we were there. We also had problems with the shower itself not actually turning on and the light in the bathroom would work about every other try. A repairman came out once, but after that we just gave up. Updates not quite as nice as they look. The flooring was clearly a "do it yourself" kinda job. There are loose tiles all over the place. The old cabinets in the bathrooms could use a fresh coat of paint. It's a small job but it would have made a big difference in the look of the unit. Overpriced. It just wasn't up to par for how much it cost. I also found working with a rental company not as enjoyable as working with an individual owner. I had a question about a discrepancy between an invoice on vrbo and the cost I was being charged and I found the email interactions to be rather rude and condescending. Overall we enjoyed our vacation but we will definitely be selecting a different place to stay this year.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was anything less then perfect at Dune I Townhomes. I can assure you this unit does not have and has never had mold, so that accusation is false. This unit was booked back to back all spring and summer as it is every year, and I can confirm that we do not turn off the A/C unit between guests. We keep boxes of air filters in each property, and change them between each guest arrival. After reading your review, I immediately tried to reach the guests who checked-in prior and after you to see if they had any complaints. I was able to reach the guest prior to your arrival and she had only positive things to say. We have only one record of a complaint during your stay, and that maintenance work order was completed (fix drain in sink and tub in master bath). We would have been happy to repair any other problem immediately had we known of any other issues. Additionally, we reviewed the email exchange regarding the VRBO charge in question, and do not find any rude nor condescending comments within our email exchange, but simply a polite and factual answer to your question. Dune Allen Realty has an impeccable reputation as providing both professional and friendly service - we strive to make our guests as comfortable and happy as possible so that their vacation is the best. We apologize if you perceived our email as anything but professional. Despite the above, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay, location, pool and beach. We hope to have you back again in the near future.

Location was A+...

We stayed in dune 4 with our 18 month old & almost 3 year old... The very quick walk to the beach was perfect & overlooking the pool was so convenient for us with the toddlers. You can tell they've put some work into it recently to update everything-beds were comfy, everything looked nice... But there were roaches BAD! The realty company sent someone out within an hour of me calling & he sprayed but we still saw many after that. Also, the kitchen needs a few extras. I did read the review about the master suite being extremely bright-I agree & will also add that room gets a lot hotter than the rest of condo bc all that sun is shining through. But overall, we enjoyed our week& LOVED how close we were to the beach/ocean.

Great Beach Vacation.

We loved this stay. We were far enough away from public beach to enjoy quiet area - but close enough to walk and people watch. Three bathrooms made cleaning up a breeze - and there was enough room to not be on top of each other while staying a week. Only complaint is that there were not enough hangers, or really any at all. So, if you plan to unpack - bring hangers - also Bring your own plastic cups there weren't any to take to pool or beach.

Condo was ok

Condo was in a good location. It could have been cleaner!! The coffee table looked like it had not been cleaned in months!! The upstairs bedroom is awful with the sun shinning in your eyes early in the morning!! I don't think I would stay in that particular one again.

Seaside Escape

Great townhouse! Clean, cute and most importantly right on the pool and gulf! Our family of 5 loved vacationing here and can't wait to go back!
