Ce chalet d'été pittoresque est
situé en face du golfe du Mexique. Nous préférons louer à la semaine, du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche, mais nous envisagerons des séjours plus courts. L'intérieur est
style mediterranian décontracté. Le chalet est de deux étages au-dessus des pieux
avec un garage fermé ci-dessous.
Le premier étage est un salon spacieux avec une salle à manger attenante
salon et une cuisine pratique. La chambre principale et
salle de bain est niché au premier étage. Prenez l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'à
le fer forgé pestait promenade de chat où deux chambres supplémentaires sont
situé. Les chambres ont une salle de bains à l'étage entre eux.
Les deux salles de bains ont de grandes douches walk-in carrelées. Tous les comptoirs
(Cuisine et salle de bain) sont en granit. Les chambres à l'étage ont une grande
balcons et la chambre des maîtres sort sur le pont principal qui
entoure la maison. Le grand pont arrière (40'x20 ') dispose d'un coin salon. Il ya aussi une grande douche extérieure avec eau chaude / froide et un banc dressing situé en bas entre le garage et escalier de service.

Great location. The new deck was great and we enjoyed having our coffee there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage is a definite plus for coming back and unpacking everything after going to the beach. Richard is easy to get in touch with if you have questions and need anything! We will definitely be renting again!

I love this property - this was my second stay here. The deck is amazing. The outdoor shower is the best shower off all. The kitchen is very, very well equipped. The location is fantastic.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend this place. House was amazing and check in was easy. Beach was a quick walk away. We had one of our best trips yet in Pensacola. We will definitely be back.

Great house

We had a great vacation! The house is very clean and very short walk to the beach. Richard is a very nice and attentive owner. The outside shower is great! Plenty of beach toys, chair and has a tent as well. We definitely will be back.

Awesome property with amazing decks in very close proximity to Beach/access. It isn't a party neighborhood, but we were always able to have a good time on property hassle free. Very nice host. We would stay again.

Wonderful beach house

Beautiful home and a quiet neighborhood. We love the wraparound deck and lounge chairs. Very short walk to the beautiful beach.

Fabulous Vacation Spot!!!

The beach house was amazing! Lots of room and easy access to the beach! Beds we’re comfortable, huge table to play games on, TVs in each room, and a huge porch with table and multiple chairs and lounge chairs. To top it off the outdoor shower was a lifesaver!!!

Wonderful home!!

We had an amazing experience! The property owner has great communication and personally showed us the property and asked if we had any special requests. Property is clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. Street was nice and quiet and It’s a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Beach and Blue Angels

House was perfect for all 7 of us. Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood even with all the 4th of July and Blue Angels activity. Awesome deck and all the toys you need for a wonderful family beach vacation.

Great location

We had a great time! Not a bad walk to the beach, close enough to the shops and restaurants to drive but not right in the middle of it all. There were not enough beach chairs so Richard went and bought brand new ones for us. Great host!

Amazing vacation

This property is outstanding. It has a big wrap around lower level deck and an upper level deck with a great view. The outdoor shower is huge. Inside is comfortable and well-equipped. It’s a super short walk to Pensacola’s white beaches. Highly recommend this spot if Pensacola is your destination!
