Condo magnifique et tranquille

Trouvez détente et tranquillité dans ce charmant condo propre au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas d'une magnifique piscine, dans un complexe sécurisé de style complexe fermé, avec salle de sport et centre d'affaires avec accès Internet.

7 minutes en voiture de la plage, 25 minutes de l'aéroport international de Tampa et 15 minutes de l'aéroport de St Pete et à proximité de tout ce que cette merveilleuse partie de la Floride a à offrir. 45 minutes de Bush Gardens et 90 minutes en voiture des parcs à thème d'Orlando. Le supermarché et les restaurants Publix sont accessibles à pied - ce qui en fait un excellent endroit pour explorer la Floride plus avant ou se livrer totalement au repos et à la détente - une variété de centres commerciaux sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Le condo est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. TV dans le salon (dispose également d'un lecteur DVD) et chambre à coucher, avec linge de lit, canapé queen et un lit gonflable électronique, (ce qui est assez confortable) télévision par câble de base, WiFi, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse dans le meubles de patio et unité. Il y a aussi beaucoup de rangement, avec une salle de bain attenante menant à un grand dressing pour votre confort.

Nous adorons la Floride et nous adorons notre condo, qui, nous l'espérons, sera évident lorsque vous resterez à la propriété.

S'il vous plaît assurez-vous de consulter notre calendrier de disponibilité avant de faire votre demande et réservation, de janvier à mars, il y a une période de location minimale d'un mois (toutes les autres périodes six nuits / une semaine est la location minimale) et veuillez noter que nous avons besoin de 2 préavis de semaines minimum pour les réservations afin de permettre aux chèques vacances d'être complétés avant votre séjour.

The place was perfect for us! It was in close proximity to everything that we wanted to visit and had everything that we needed. The heated pool was great too! The owners were wonderful to work with!

Awesome apartment

Such a lovely place. Perfect for a couple. Pamela was very communicative and a delight to work with! The unit was well stocked and lovely. The heated pool was awesome in mid October!

Great Condo Find

Overall great experience. Pool was busy at peak times but calmed down later In evenings. Location was great for getting around. Traffic was tolerable in the area. Plenty of good places to eat. Getting out to the beach was easy. Really busy though. The Condo was nice and cozy.

Overall excellent experience

I had everything I needed for my stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the space is exactly how it is pictured. The community is friendly and safe. I was only a few steps from the pool but just far enough to not be bothered at all by any noise. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice accommodations!

Very clean. Everything we needed was there including beach gear which is a 10 minute ride to Clearwater Beach. Very centralized with more restaurants than you can possibly go to. The bedroom cable wasn’t working and within a half hour of our call the owner was there and had it fixed with a call to the cable company. Very responsive. We would definitely return to this rental.

Amazing Condos!!!

We went to Clearwater in December and spent Christmas there, we had a wonderful time! The weather was wonderful (around 25-30 degrees C) and the condo was very close to the beach.The decor of the condo was beautiful and it comprised of everything we needed. The pool was magnificent and the water was warm! Thank you Kevin and Pamela for making our stay unforgettable! Definitely recommend the condos!! Pavkovic from Canada! :)

Great communication! PROS: Comfy mattress, well stocked kitchen, lots of hangers, outdoor blanket handy for beach, very close too pool but quiet! Check in/out extremely easy. Would definitely recommend to others.Cons: very little. Squeaky bed, A/C can’t be turned down lower than 72 degrees F… I think this is common in this area due to the a/c’s freezing up though. Was grateful for the extra fan.

Perfect Condo Close to the Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo. Exceptional condo and very good amenities. It was very close to the main strip in Clearwater and the Clearwater beach as well as San Kay State Park.

Rental at Avalon in Clearwater

Very nice, quiet comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, clean. Bed was comfortable, living room relaxing. It’s a good location for getting to fun spots like Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, honeymoon Island and other very nice beaches. The area surrounding the complex wasn’t so great, but we were close to everything we needed to get to for fun. The complex itself was very nice.

Loved the pool

Unit was as described. Convenient to downtown, grocery store. ,My husband and I biked from the facility to the Pinellas Trail without having to load up our bikes onto the car. Beach was a short drive if we didn’t want to bike. Lots of restaurants in the area or a short drive away. The pool was awesome.

Lovely apartment for quiet holidays

A cozy, nice furnished and well equipped apartment. The location is quiet and just some minutes away from the Clearwater beaches. The communication with the host was very good, all information were detailed and sent well in advance. I’d absolutely recommend the apartment!

Amazing Property

This condo was perfect for us. Close to beach with everything you would need at home. Check in was a breeze and our fav part was the pool at night. Would def recommend! Great area!
