Nous sommes à proximité des locations de bateaux, des restaurants, des magasins, des épiceries et des activités. Si vous êtes ici pendant les vacances, vous pouvez regarder le feu d'artifice depuis votre balcon et voir tous les bateaux de la baie. C'est un site incroyable. Nous avons plusieurs dans le même bâtiment et complexe si vous avez besoin de plus. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and right on the lake. It’s close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. This will be my go-to rental when planning a trip back.

Fabulous condo and location.

We had everything we needed in the condo and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The beds were amazingly comfortable! I wish there would have been some sort of swimming area or beach access to the lake, but we did enjoy use of the pool.

Our stay was great. The place is very nice and the view is wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the water and the pool. Our host was easy to communicate with during our entire stay. We definitely would return to this location.

Wonderful condo, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton!

we had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very, very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. The linens were nice. The beds were comfortable and there is everything you need in the kitchen! The balcony off the condo had comfortable furniture as well and it’s a peaceful setting. Property manager answered all our questions and was helpful with restaurant suggestions too!

We live right here in Hot Springs and often visit the community for a getaway. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do! We also have other rentals, including a downtown loft on historic Bathhouse Row, a large historic house adjacent to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, a lake home with a guest house, along with a handful of other lakefront condos with boat slips overlooking Lake Hamilton. There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
