Bienvenue à Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Unité # 3-202! Cette belle DIRECT condo en bord de mer est la vie hawaïenne à son meilleur! Entendre l'océan directement à partir de la salle de séjour, véranda, et la chambre principale. Ce condo est situé au 2ème étage du bâtiment 3. Le condo a engins de plage à votre disposition, et est entièrement équipé pour vous aider à avoir des vacances parfaites.
Regarder la télévision dans le salon et la 2ème chambre pour vos loisirs. Vous aurez un moment spectaculaire de rester dans ce magnifique condo bord de mer direct.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est à votre disposition tous les jours pour des cours ou l'amélioration de jeu coaching.
La grande, récemment rénové piscine est idéal pour "tours" et aussi pour de petites activités des enfants de l'eau. séances d'exercice sur la base de Piscine sont proposés chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont situés dans le grand pavillon près des tribunaux piscine et tennis.
Une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes de la Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones protégées fournissent un aperçu de la vie il y a des années hawaïennes. Chaque site dispose d'une description affichée est des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possède de nombreux jardins et des sentiers pédestres. Fleurs et feuillages tropicaux sont abondants. Il y a plusieurs aires de barbecue en plein air pour les clients à utiliser.

Decompression heaven

This is our fourth time staying at KS&RC, first time in this condo. As always, this place is epic. The condo was perfect for a place to decompress from our usual lives, provide a base camp for our week of diving, and enjoy a week of getting quiet while looking at the ocean. The condo has everything anyone would need and was beautiful. Thank you. God bless.

Good Stay

The good: fantastic view, loved the location, grounds beautiful and peaceful, comfy bedThe bad: bathrooms badly in need of updating, can hear every move upstairs neighbors make, few more roaches than I had hoped. Overall: would stay again (just hope for quieter neighbors). Great sunset views. Loved being near KTA grocery store, Clover and Mug coffee shop and Royal Thai retaurant shop

Extra days in Kona with family

We extended our trip for 5 nights. Property was perfect. Loved the sound of the waves all night long as we slept with the doors open every night. Great base camp for our excursions to every corner of the island. Nice Peaceful setting!

Beautiful location on the Shore front

Beautiful location on the Shore front. Master suite spacious, sliding glass doors to the deck. Large deck with deck furniture. Only annoyance was red ants and not sure whether this is anything that can be prevented.

Tired old condo with great view

Some outlets didn't work, main tub water came out halfway in the shower head and half in the tub spicket, outside sun diffuser screen malfunction, and a few cockroaches.

The views of the ocean are spectacular. The furniture is comfortable and in good shape. Knutson & Associates was very easy to deal with. I would have liked it if the bed in the main bedroom was bigger but other than that everything was terrific.

Great location - condo needs some TLC...

We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the ocean and loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo, however, is in dire need of repair. Everything is water damaged and rusted out. The kitchen could also use a few more items to make it easier to cook meals for a family of five.

Nice condo in Kona

Spacious condo within resort, with very nice view of the ocean. Very large balcony, with plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable, as well as furniture in the main room. The kitchen was a little small for the 4 of us, with not many drinking cups, but plenty of bowls and plates. Also, the fridge was good, with filtered drinking water inside, but only 1 ice tray in the freezer. Property manager was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. And even though there was no AC, there are plenty of fans and the breeze from the ocean helped. Had a nice time staying here.

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo

This condo was fully equipped with everything we could need. There were four of us, my husband and I and two teenagers so the extra bathroom and twin beds were great for the kids. It is wonderful to have a designated parking space as well. While there was no air conditioning, we were able to keep the windows open which cooled off the condo and I didn’t feel concerned about leaving things open for the air. Very secure property. We had two other groups with us that stayed at the property and liked ours best!
