Maison de ville à trois niveaux nouvellement meublée dans Vista Cay Resort

Cette maison de ville nouvellement entièrement meublée sur trois niveaux avec env. 1800 pieds carrés offre trois chambres En-Suite, trois et demi salles de bains.

Le deuxième étage a une demi-baignoire, entièrement applianced cerise armoire cuisine avec comptoirs en Corian, le salon est meublé avec blanc cassé canapé-lit en cuir, siège de l'amour et de chaise, et salle à manger avec une taille pleine plateau en verre table assez grande pour accueillir à manger six. Quatre tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine. Le salon dispose d'un 55 "1080p TV à écran plat.

La maison a été entièrement meublé dans un décor nautique contemporaine qui comprenait tous les nouveaux matelas de qualité de l'hôtel.

Le troisième étage a une chambre de maître avec un lit king et 40 "HD TV à écran plat avec salle de bain complète privée avec double vasque / puits. La deuxième chambre a deux lits pleine taille de 32 "HD TV à écran plat et d'une deuxième salle de bains complète. Le premier étage a une autre chambre de maître avec un lit King avec 32 "HD TV à écran plat et salle de bain privée complète.

La télévision haute définition par câble et accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil sont inclus dans le prix! Dans l'unité linge (laveuse et sécheuse) situé dans le garage privé élimine le besoin de double garniture! Cette unité a une allée privée qui permet le stationnement directement en face de la maison, avec accès à un parking gratuit espaces publics.

Vista Cay Resort est juste à côté de l'Orange County Convention Center, et à moins de 10 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thème, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Property had all the amenities that were listed. I would stay at this property again. One thing that stood out was that it looked like it could use some paint in areas. The walls and cabinets in the bedroom and bathroom at the top of the stairs had some marks and chips. The window on the left in this bedroom also wouldn't stay open. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great place for Disney and Universal

This was a great place, very spacious for a family of five. It was also very comfortable, most notably the beds. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this place had the most comfortable beds. If you’re looking to visit the parks, this place is the best for its location, very close to Universal, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. Disney is a little further away, but only by 10 mins or so. Orlando airport is only a 15 min drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

We have rented through VRBO many times & at Vista Cay resorts. This rental company, Casiola Vacation Homes, was disappointing. Carpets were dirty, there weren't any dish towels provided, transition strips were broken on floors & after we reported wet carpet, they had a repair guy immediately come to investigate to determine it was a non emergency condensation leak of the air conditioner. We had driven 14 hours for a volleyball tournament & they expected us to allow someone in between midnight & 5am to repair! We told them no, was unacceptable & rescheduled for 8pm the next day with a live person as well as through a text message. Apparently they don't repair during the day which is ridiculous. Apparently someone showed up in the night anyway while we were sleeping. I had my phone on do not disturb & woke up to 3 missed calls along with a not so nice email about us not answering to allow the repair person inside. I refreshed their memory of our reschedule & never heard a word back from them until we showed back up that evening to a repairman being there in the driveway. Apparently we needed to be there to let them in which they didn't tell us! The repair guy was super nice & out within 30 minutes!! Will never rent from this company again or recommend them!!

Okay for a short trip

Booked this property to attend a conference. The bathrooms, walls, and stairs are in need a some TLC. The hot water did not work in the extra upstairs bath room. Found cobwebs and bugs in the corners of rooms. Stained carpets on the stairwells. Need to take up all the carpet and replace with wood laminate or hardwood. Good location to convention centers. Quiet neighborhood.

Black/Gold Convention

The establishment was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves completely. Although we were charged for a chair, that I believe was already weak when we got there. The night before it broke I sat in it and the leg was wobbly, and it broke the next morning, when Xavier simple sat down to cast his vote online with me. He feel to the floor in front of me.

Excellent Location

We loved this property. As described, super clean and we loved the little extras that made you feel at home. Plenty of space for everyone. Casiola has great customer service. We will be back to this unit.

This condo was a great layout and gave everyone a bit of privacy in their rooms. It was great to have two suites! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make some meals also.

Close to Convention Center

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place made getting to and from the convention center a breeze. There was a nice backyard to relax in after a long day of work, we didn't down be much time at all actually in the condo but it was comfortable for sleep and getting us ready for the next day!

Great location

Nice place, clean, close to everything, they even left us cookies 🤗. Parking was good, two in driveway and side parking. My only complaint is air conditioner didn’t work well upstairs, had it been summer I don’t think I would have been very happy.

Close to Convention

Our stay was good, when we arrived the house was very hot, windows open etc. We got in late so that was not a comfortable night. I would recommend having the air on for the guests upon arrival. The next day we got the A/C vents figured out so the upstairs would cool. The place was clean and close to convention center. Worked out good for our crew.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. We will definitely stay again!

The resort was great! We we went to the pool every day we were there and always managed to find a seat and space in the pool. The vacation home was nice as well. It was clean for the most part—there were some stains on the stairwell carpet and an ant problem in the downstairs bathroom but other than that it was wonderful. My family and I would definitely stay again. When we first got there the fridge wasn’t cold at all so I put in a ticket for maintenance and they came the next day to check it out. The staff was very polite Andy fiancé enjoyed the drinks at the bar. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ants. The property is great and close to everything! Universal, Seaworld, icon park and so many restaurants. We would stay again when we come back to Orlando.

WOW beautiful !!

Property was stunning, grounds immaculate. Pool wonderful. Loved that property was gated and close to Universal. That being said, the carpet was in dire need of steam cleaning and spot removal. 1st floor king mattress in need of replacement (sunken spots on both sides). Baseboards in all rooms have not been dusted in a very long time. Dead bugs in window sills. Overall just in need of a deep clean. Would definately stay again.
