We had an awesome stay. The house was clean and beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better -an easy stroll to Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Avenue. Check‑in/check‑out was a breeze. The pool was a highlight, and the beach chairs and umbrella came in clutch. Would absolutely stay again.

It was exceptionally well equipped and the process went smoothly Luckily since it is a shared pool which we had missed in the description. ,there were no children in the adjacent house or it would have been pretty awful! But we found it very pleasant, would have been nice to have some lighter bedding as the weather was hot ,so it was the sheet

Great experience for my first vrbo

It was welcoming, felt open, between the light colors and vaulted ceilings. Cortyard with the pool felt private. Location was good walgreens and grocery store couple blocks one way. Alantic ave several the other. Easy to walk too) (there ia a garage next to veterans park if you to avoid rain) this has ruined hotel stays its so much more relaxing to beable to spread out and relax at the beach. Would like to stay here next time were down.

Fall getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was nice enough and partially updated. The furniture (especially the fabric) needs to be changed out. The front yard has many overgrown foliage and our car was covered with bird droppings.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the furniture fabrics. This cottage has a mix of new and vintage pieces and thus some pieces do show more wear than others. In a lush neighborhood filled with mature trees, and only blocks from the intercoastal waterway, the area does attracts birds. I'm so sorry they were a problem for you this visit. This hasn't been an issue before, but we'll definitely keep an eye on it. Overall we are glad that you enjoyed your stay in Delray and hope you come back to visit this beautiful city again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5, and stayed in this home for 4 days, 3 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool, which has a fountain on the side, more than they liked the ocean. The house included kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, and towels for the shower and pool. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and stocked with essentials - including about 10 bath towels, at least 6 beach towels, a few beach chairs and umbrella, and even a rolling cooler! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, basically 1 mile. Really close to Atlantic Ave, we were able to walk to some of our favorite bars. House needs a face lift

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 weeks. Great location. Very helpful owber’s Rep. The house feels seedy; there is not one comfortable chair to sit in. The tubs should be recaulked. Because of the very close proximity of other units we had to keep all of the blinds closed at all times. A good paint job would help.
