Great location in Orlando. Super close to Universal, Disney, and International Dr that has tons of entertainment/food. There was local stores - grocery, etc 2 blocks away. The building was nice, very clean and spacious. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and found it was a nice home away from home. Super quiet, peaceful setting overlooking a lake. We used the pool one day and it was nice, and it had a little water park for kids. Gated community felt secure.Cant express how centralized it for exploring. 15 min to Universal, 20 min to Disney, 1 hour to Cocoa Beach.Would stay here again!

Close to OCC

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the OCC. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living area has a large comfortable couch and recliner. Everything was clean. There is a nice pool area and work out area. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the north or south entrances of the OCC.

Our family really enjoyed our holiday staying in Lakeview Condo. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect and the complex pool area is great.

Nice place- great view

Check in was super easy! The condo was very nice. The balcony has a great view and we sat out there a lot. Only things I would change is to have ceiling fans in the living and bedroom. Also, the sofa and pillows are in need of a thorough cleaning. They have a stale,musky smell. The rest of the condo was great. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The host left a # "welcome to the condo" package of oreos! That was greatly appreciated!! It's in a great location. Publix is a 5 minute drive. Same as SaWorld and Univeral Studios. It's mostly a quite are. However, the ondo next door had some construction going on and they would start banging at 8am and not stop until 9:30-10pm. All in all I would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had a little trouble with the code at check-in, but Dennis was very responsive and quickly issued us a new code and we were in the condo within 5 minutes. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Family Fun

The property was very nice, and we had plenty of room for the family. We were there to go to the parks, so we didn't utilize the clubhouse or pool, but I did check them out and they looked very nice as well. Great area and would definitely stay again.

Review

If I were property owner, I would replace the kitchen faucet and the balcony door knob. It did take anything away from the stay. People are rough on faucets and the kitchen faucet was loose and delicate. I would replace. Other than that, great.

Great value!

We came to Orlando for a convention. You never really know what you are going to get no matter how much research and photos you look at. This condo exceeded our expectations. Close to everything, walk to the pool and bar area. Checkin and out were super easy. Condo has a great floorplan with plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the lake. Very relaxing. We are going to plan a family vacation and hopefully be able to stay in the same condo! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed here for a work conference and it was very luxurious. I ran on the lake trail a few times, the balcony is awesome. The rooms are super comfy. The jacuzzi could have been warmer but we met some cool people in it. I’m glad we stayed here.

Second visit in this unit

Love this unit. Wonderful view of the water, birds and wildlife. Extremely roomy....love the layout. It would have been nice as we were staying for 16 days to have more soap, and hair/shower products and toilet paper. Most of the VRBO properties we have stayed at have necessary items such as; spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, tin foil etc....might be something the owner should consider. Air conditioner broke while we were there, very quick repair, however we think ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a plus since they prefer you not to put air down below 75 which can seem very warm. Would we stay again? Yes, but if a similar unit facing the water was available we would consider it.

More than we expected!!!

When we opened the door and looked inside, we knew we made a great decision. Clean, spacious, convenient and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the lake was quiet and peaceful. We will request this condo again. A wonderful Christmas experience!!!

Great family location in the heart of Orlando attractions

Due to a last minute change, our plans to have a family vacation in Daytona Beach were disrupted and we needed to find another place fast. We found this property in Vista Cay, right near the convention center and with easy access to all the local attractions. The property was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great for our family. The card room was a plus which we used often in the unit. The pool, hot tub, bar, and other amenities were well maintained, clean, and never crowded. All in all a wonderful location we will return to in the future.

Volleyball conference trip

The property is nice. Only issue we found physically was one of the cabinet coverings was broken and kept falling off and scaring the crap out of my wife/daughter. 😀 The check-in process left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to send a pic of my license, me holding my license and credit card showing last four. They requested this over an insecure means, e-mail. I work in the cyber-security world and this goes against every ounce of my being, but they told me if I didn’t they couldn’t ensure my stay. It was well past my refund date when they told me this. Won’t use Casiola again until that changes.
