Seuls les 100 pieds de la piscine, cette plage cĂŽtĂ© ville maison a une grande spĂ©cieux, joliment dĂ©corĂ© deux chambres et deux lotissement, de salle de bain avec une mezzanine. La chambre principale est Ă  l'Ă©tage de la vie privĂ©e. Il dispose d'un lit king size et grande promenade dans le placard et salle de bain. La deuxiĂšme chambre est situĂ© sur le niveau principal et dispose de deux lits jumeaux (peut ĂȘtre converti en un roi) et une salle de bain attenante. Les deux chambres sont grandes, bien meublĂ©es et bien entretenu. La mezzanine Ă  l'Ă©tage a deux lits jumeaux et une grande promenade dans la zone placard / dressing. Il est parfait pour les petits enfants ou des adolescents. La cuisine a tous les appareils modernes et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour prĂ©parer vos plats prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s ou toute la zone peut ĂȘtre ignorĂ©e pendant que vous profitez de vos vacances.

Un patio qui surplombe la pittoresque lac Horseshoe est situĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre de l'appareil. Une table et des chaises sont fournies pour votre plaisir et viennent particuliĂšrement pratique pour le cafĂ© du matin ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre dans l'aprĂšs-midi aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage ou Ă  la pĂȘche. Comme un bonus supplĂ©mentaire pour votre plaisir, nous avons quatre vĂ©los et divers jouets de plage pour votre usage. Nous demandons seulement que vous les retourner vers le placard de stockage lorsque vous quittez. À l'avant de l'appareil est la piscine. La piscine est trĂšs proche et est chauffĂ©e pendant les automne et l'hiver en retard pour les plus aventureux.

Dans l'ensemble de l'unité est trÚs spacieux (1600 sq. Ft.), Bien meublé, propre et confortable.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at Beachwalk Villas. Proximity to pool is great. Condo is very spacious. Loved having all the beach stuff! And the golf cart made beach trips super easy. Communication with owner was great.

Beachwalk villas vacation

This is our second stay in Sandestin. We love the accommodations. We are able to relax without fighting the crowds. The golf cart makes beach access a snap. We love the place and will likely book next year.

Best family vacation ever!!

This Villa (5119) had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. The owner stayed in contact and left his number for us to call him if there was ANYTHING we neeeded. This has definitely been the best vacation experience ever. We will be back next year for sure!!

First time in Sandestin. Loved the convenience of not needing to drive. The 2 bedrooms were large with big closets. The full kitchen was great. It was nice to be able to prepare dinner some nights instead of going out.

Fantastic Property

My family and I just returned from a stay at Corkey’s condo and we loved it!!! The condo was very clean and stocked better than any other condo I’ve rented in the past. Having a golf cart with your rental is the only way to go. The neighborhood was very quiet and we really could not have been happier with the entire condo. I highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was quick and easy as well.

Wonderful!!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! Everything you need for the beach is there!! Our family had a great time. We have three small boys and they loved riding the golf cart to the beach during the day and to Baytowne at night. The pool is nice and so close to the condo, which was also great for the boys. We hope to stay here again! It was great being at the beach for July 4th...Baytowne put on a fabulous fireworks show! Thanks so much!!

We have been renting here in Sandestin since 1981 and this owner is without a doubt the best owner we have had. This is our second extended stay at Corkey's condo and each time just gets better. The new remodeling Corkey has done is very nice. The location is excellent and the golf cart has been an incredible perk. The unit is stocked extremely well and the additional amenities such as bikes and beach chairs are awesome. I would recommend this unit to anyone!!

There is not enough gratitude for the perfect family vacation!

Just know that "Uncle Corky's" (I swear our kids were saying that by the end of our stay) is a great man with a great wife and a great place! He honors his word and takes pride in his property. You can tell his wife frequently visits their home away from home and updates the beachy cottage to the month! NO, you are not on the beach. You are better....overlooking a lake that my kids fished in ever night and even got to know the neighbors! The beach is a blink away and we watched movies and went to the wharf and followed their dining suggestions! i guess it took me a while to say how awesome our stay was because I was still steamrolling of our first family vacation...With a 10, 7, & 5 year old it was about time....but worth every dollar and wait! THIS PLACE IS STOCKED with spices, a grill, beach chairs, towels, games, fishing poles, and the golf cart was the icing on the cake! Thanks for the memories and see ya next year! You truly made our family's first tradition!

This is the second time coming to this condo and it was perfect once again. Had everything we needed from a Keurig to all cooking utensils. The owner is always quick to respond if we had any questions. Already booked for coming again in April!

Outstanding condo and location!

We had a great time at Charles's condo. This place is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very much at home. Very peaceful and comfy back patio and literally steps from the relaxing pool. The condo is packed with everything you may need, including beach and pool supplies. Charles was very responsive and check in/ out was a breeze. Thanks for a great week!

Great property

Great place to stay as far as Sandestin goes, but check-in was not good and golf cart was not available . Oversight by owner, I’m sure just a one time fluke. Sandestin is still the best!!!!

My wife, Catherine, and I met at, of all places, Spinnakers in Panama City in 1979 while I was at the University of Arkansas and she was at Jacksonville State in Alabama. After a couple of years of long distance dating and high phone bills I moved to the Atlanta area (Smyrna) where we were married in 1982 and still reside. We have two children. A son Charles and daughter Nikki. We all enjoy the Sandestin community and the access to all that is there. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Catherine and I were already familiar with the Sandestin community before we purchased our property. We had previously owned a property in Seascape a mile or so west and had visited friends and family for several years prior to our purchase. When we finally decided to purchase, we call Sandestin real estate. Brad Smith, our agent, faxed us a listing of properties meeting our description, we flew to Destin and, after viewing the first property, made an offer to purchase. The offer was accepted and we have never regretted the purchase.

The location is peaceful and quiet with the pool very nearby for your use if you choose.

The Sandestin community offers so much to do and see that we seldom have to leave the complex. One added benefit is accessibility of everything by golf cart. We simply pack what we need in the cart and go everywhere including the grocery store. It is so simple and relaxed to just cruise the resort at a slower pace. It always makes me feel like I'm on vacation, which I am.
