Vue magnifique depuis cette maison de piscine chauffée très spacieuse au bord de l'eau de Marco Island

Unique en son genre! Nouveau sur le marché, récemment mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles magnifiques.
Profitez d'un repas ou d'un verre dans la véranda avec la vue imprenable sur les canaux.
Pour l'amateur de plaisanciers, l'accès au golfe n'est qu'à 10 minutes. Si vous aimez jouer au golf, Marco est entouré de terrains de golf. Et bien sûr, vous avez les plus belles plages de sable blanc à seulement 5 minutes de la maison.

La maison a 3 chambres à coucher, 1 den et 3 bains et garage de 2 voitures.
La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante avec 2 côtés pour elle et pour plus de confort. La chambre d'hôtes numéro un a un lit queen, la chambre d'hôtes numéro deux a 2 lits superposés. Dans la tanière, vous trouverez une télévision grand écran pour les après-midi de regarder des films.

La maison a une véranda pour éloigner les moustiques. Dans la véranda, il y a une piscine avec un spa chauffé par un radiateur électrique et la température peut être réglée à 100 F., vous trouverez également une cuisine extérieure récemment installée avec un nouveau barbecue et réfrigérateur.

We loved it!

This place was perfect for our family to relax and unwind! The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The outdoor area was spacious and comfortable as well. Would stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

This was a quick getaway over the kids’ Thanksgiving break. It was the perfect place to let the kids swim while you relaxed on the lanai.

just a perfect spot

the location of the house is tucked back a few houses away from the cul-de-sac on a quite road. fishing right off the dock was great for the kids. the house was very clean. the bunk beds where perfect for the kids. loved the house and would highly recommended.

The location of the house was great as far as walking to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. The house was set up well, very roomy and large kitchen. The pool was spotless and well taken care of by the pool service. The bedding was worn and could be updated but all and all we had a enjoyable month.

The location was perfect as we were able to pull our boat right up to the dock. After spending the day at Keewaydin Island the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. The kitchen was nice and had every appliance you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there were PLENTY of pool towels. The only downside I could think of would be the little gnats flying around the kitchen sink. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay!

My brother and sister-in-law and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, comfortable home. My sister-in-law actually cried when she walked in because she loved it so much. The view over the water is beautiful and the house is clean, light, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was easy to reach and quick to respond. We wish we could have stayed longer. A True Beachhouse In Paradise

Absolutely beautiful property with a great pool and spa. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Communications with Luciano were immediately answered and there were no issues. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the lounges, listening to the water from the spa splashing into the pool. Looking forward to returning to this house in the future.

Perfect home for family getaway

House was everything we expected and then some. Great place to stay for a family. The pool was fantastic and has a deeper end to it that we've found hard to come by with other rentals we've stayed at. Fishing off the dock in back was tons of fun, to be honest, it was hard to get people out of the house to explore. Property owner responded with no delay whenever we had any questions. We would stay here again without thinking twice.

A perfect setting

We rented this property for 2 months and totally enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house is lovely. We have a boat and the access to the water was perfect. The heated pool and spa were a treat, enjoyed by our granddaughters. The homeowner responded quickly to a small need. Consider it for you next trip to Marco Island.
