Magnifique condo de plage situĂ© directement en face de la rue Carolina Beach. Profitez d'une plus grande intimitĂ© avec une unitĂ© situĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage pour vous permettre de sentir la brise de l'ocĂ©an et de voir le magnifique ocĂ©an bleu. Le condo comprend un grand loft pour ajouter plus d'espaces de vie pour nos invitĂ©s. DĂ©corations d'Ăźles tropicales Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de toute la maison. Deux piscines communautaires pouvant ĂȘtre utilisĂ©es par les propriĂ©taires et les invitĂ©s de Sun Skipper.

Notre condo sur la plage est situĂ© dans la partie la plus calme de l'Ăźle de plaisance, mais avec une promenade en vĂ©lo ou en voiturette de golf, vous pouvez ĂȘtre dans les restaurants, les activitĂ©s sur l'Ăźle et tout ce que la plage de Carolina peut offrir.

Notre maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e pour des vacances Ă  court ou Ă  long terme. Nous sommes la plus haute et la plus grande unitĂ© du bĂątiment afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre sĂ©jour sans vous soucier des inondations ou des vagues. C’est comme une douce maison loin de chez soi avec le magnifique ocĂ©an bleu.

Invité peut avoir accÚs à toute la maison. Il n'y a pas besoin de s'inquiéter de porter la clé de la maison, notre maison est équipée de la technologie de pointe sans clé. Nous vous enverrons le mot de passe un jour avant votre arrivée.

Notre maison est à votre disposition pour vous détendre, vous détendre, prendre une profonde respiration, écouter la vague de l'océan et lire un bon livre au bord de l'océan.

Notre maison située dans la communauté Sun Skipper à proximité de nombreux restaurants, carnaval, jetée, magasins et bien plus encore.

Good location

We were happy with finding this property. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and was very nice to use for cooking. Access to the beach was great! It was perfect for sharing with our extended family and their baby.

Nice beach home/great location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We are a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners have lots of kitchen items,linens, cleaning and paper products available which is really nice. The home is very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The keyless entry made check in and running to the beach very convenient. The owner was very helpful with all of our questions.

We loved everything about our stay. Major highlight was the wine libary. We didnt plan very well our first night and didnt have anything with us. It was lovely to get to share a bottle with our fmaily and just replace it when we went to the store. Everything was clean. Having parking and a pool right there was awesome. Public beach access was two houses down.The only store was about a 20 minute walk. Which was doable. 40 minutes walk to carolina beach boardwalk. 2 minute drive. There is a great public lot and seemed to always have parking.There are about 12 units in the building and we barely knew anyone else was there.

We enjoyed our stay the only problem my wife and I have was that we are getting older and staying on the top floor and walking up down the steps was difficult. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay and our host was very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay Very clean and all furnishings were like new Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pots/pans The provision of bed linens and towels is a huge huge plus The only issue we had was with the TVs One bedroom was not set up, didn’t seem to have basic cable and the fire stick in living room only had kids TV But these were minor things A great place to stay one of our best experiences in Carolina Beach in 25 plus years of renting vacation properties there I highly recommend

Great location

The condo was a great location for the beach. The house across the street allowed us to use their beach access. A close walk to the pier. The house could use some updates and extra silverware. We ran out for every meal and had to wash often. Some of the ceilings had cracks in them. The decor in the kitchen was pretty old. Loved the griddle and good amount of cleaning supplies and trash bags provided. Steps were rough but we managed. King beds were comfortable but queen beds were not. Pass code provided for the pool in the house was wrong but email provided was correct. Overall a comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Peaceful location

This 3rd floor condo provided a peaceful setting, away from the maddening crowds. Being on the 3rd floor there were lots of steps to climb and no elevator. We did get used to that by limiting our ups and downs and going slowly. The space was perfect for a family of parents and children. With only two regular bedrooms, the grandmothers shared the loft beds with one of the grandchildren leaving one grandchild to sleep in the 2nd bedroom and another on the downstairs couch. It worked out fine. My biggest concern was the beach access. Carolina Beach should really do something to improve this. It was quite difficult to reach the actual beach without assistance from others.

wonderful stay

The condo was nice and clean and super close to the beach. the front deck was bigger than expected. I would stay again, although the stairs were brutal when packing up at the end.

Excellent Place to Stay

This property was very nice and clean and overall wonderful. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach. The owner messaged me to make sure we were able to get in and was very nice. They provided 2 parking passes for 2 vehicles. The only problem we had the entire time was that the blender did not work but we were able to borrow one from a friendly neighbor. I wasn't sure before I arrived if there would be enough bakeware and/or pots and pans for the food I wanted to make so I brought my own. I didn't even have to use it because they had several pots, pans, bakeware, plates, silverware, ect that we needed for 8 people. I also did not know if the home had 2 full baths or just 1 1/2 baths. Thankfully, they had 2 full bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one in the hallway. I was also concerned that the space may be too small for 8 people but it was actually a little bigger than it looked in the pictures. I was also happy that the linens were provided to include bathroom towels. The only things I would be aware of if you are interested in renting this place are: - Third floor location with no elevator - two beds are in an open loft upstairs with no door or wall separating the beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This awesome location is very close to Freeman, and its not very crowded at all. The unit is spacious and has a great view. Linens are provided, which is a huge perk. It is 2nd row, with a path directly across the street. I would stay again.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect for beach goers and the pool was nice too. The layout of this property is great for comfort and the loft adds a special touch. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly with an ocean view

If your traveling with a group of people this is the perfect place to stay. It is very spacious with a lot of sleeping space. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It does need some slight updates(oven & microwave) but overall we were very pleased. Very close to the beach access. Having a washer dryer combo was key considering we had multiple children with us. We love Carolina Beach and would definitely consider staying in this unit again if available.
