Overall it was a great experience and beautiful location and site right off the beach. The only issue was the wrong info to get in the gate, however I reached out and response was received immediately. As for cleanliness over all it was clean except the bedroom bathroom vent and ceiling fan was very dusty/dirty.

We will run out some 75 W bulbs to see if that makes a difference. Which traditionally have used 60 W soft light bulbs, but we can put some brighter bulbs in some of the lamps.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the oceanfront location and the beautiful views. We’re sorry to hear that you encountered insects in one of the kitchen drawers and that you found the living room furniture less comfortable than expected. What concerns us most is that we were not made aware of these issues during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have immediately arranged for our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address the insect issue and would have done everything possible to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We genuinely want every guest to have a five-star experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us continue improving the property for future guests.

Our 2nd stay in this unit and will not be our last! It meets all your needs and we love the high-top seating; makes for great views of the water, dolphins and sunsets. The included beach chairs/umbrella are a plus for us, as we travel by car 12 hours so there’s less to pack! We so enjoy your beautiful white sand, emerald and blue waters; and of course my early morning walks with Fred! The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome!

The property is as pictured on the VRBO site. Stunning views from the balcony and the air conditioning works great. We don’t watch tv ,so I’m not sure about any of the channels available. The furniture is nice and clean. Furnished kitchen was nice.we didn’t use the stove at all. The dishwasher works. You may want to bring your own pillows, I hated the pillows on our bed. They were very hard to me. Don’t expect the numbers in the garage to make sense. Just drive and read the numbers to find your spot.

Thank you for your kind words about the condo. We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, the oceanfront views, and the beach setup. We’re truly sorry that the building construction impacted your stay. This project was managed entirely by the HOA and unfortunately ran about six weeks past its scheduled completion date. It was never expected to overlap with your visit, and we share your frustration that it did. The good news for current and future guests is that the construction has now been fully completed. We sincerely apologize that the HOA’s delays affected your vacation experience and appreciate your understanding. We’d love the opportunity to host you again under much more peaceful conditions.

Image de profil de l’hôte
After traveling all over the world and living on three different continents (Asia - Japan, Europe - Italy, and North America - USA) we moved back to the USA. While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
