Ce bungalow de plage avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain est chargé de charme et n’est qu’une maison de la grande plage de sable blanc, avec un accès communautaire à la plage, à quelques pas de votre porte. Cour commune entièrement clôturée de la chambre principale. Coin salon avec télévision et lecteur DVD. Cuisine entièrement équipée et des sièges pour 2 dans la salle à manger. La chambre principale a 1 lit king et télévision. Surface habitable a un canapé confortable et TV avec lecteur DVD. 3 chambres supplémentaires 2 maison de bain disponible pour les grands partis. Un petit chien (moins de 20 lb) peut être approuvé avec des frais supplémentaires non remboursables.

Very charming beach cottage at the end of a dead end street with direct access to the beach. Pet friendly and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location; Quiet Cottage

This is a traditional beach cottage that is bright and compact. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Very quiet at night. Walk out door, a few steps down the road and up the boardwalk to the beach. Relaxing, simple, comfortable.

The beach was right there

The house was so cozy with everything you need. Close to downtown. Close to Publix. Close to restaurants. Close to ice cream. But, mostly close to the most beautiful beach. We loved it here. Will come back.

Palm Cottage Perfection

The Palm Cottage was perfect! Steps to the beach on a nice quiet street. Very walkable to local restaurants and activities. The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. There is a nice fenced yard with lawn furniture to enjoy. Betty the owner was so accommodating. She gave us great suggestions and went out of her way to make our stay relaxing! We highly recommend the Palm Cottage and will return when we get back to the area. Thanks again Betty!

Excellent Rental

Overall our experience was terrific. My only suggestion would be to provide a better description of the location. The cottage is behind a home, and since we arrived after dark it was not really visible from the road. Other than that the owners were in the main home and were absolutely a joy! They were extremely accommodating and were truly interested in making our stay excellent!

Had a great time. Cute place. Only complaint. Tv access shared with main house. Only 4 can be on at one time. We had 2in bungalow sometimes ours would go off.

Nice and cozy

The cottage is cozy and comfortable. The location can't be beat, so close to the beach and walking distance to several eateries! We enjoyed sitting on the "crow's nest" deck. We had no neighbors in the larger cottage so we had use of the washer/dryer any time we wanted to during the week. I'm not sure how that would have worked out if there were guests in the larger cottage, that is the only negative possibly having to share the laundry facilities. Other than that (which we didn't have to worry about this time,) the beach bungalow was perfect.

Convenient to the beach but

Great location and cute bungalow. Had to call after hours hotline, code didn’t work when checking in. Was not clean still a lot of pet hair on the floors. Kitchen light didn’t work.

Wonderful place for a couple to enjoy the beach and St Augustine area. Within walking distance to local St Augustine Beach restaurants.

Beach bungalow

Great for two people one small dog, perfect location, steps to the beach. Nice fenced in yard for the dog. Separate parking area, plenty of restaurants within walking or biking distance. Very nice owners of the property.

Review

The owners are super nice, felt a little strange though to have the owners right there. Also there’s no shade provided for any outdoor seating So it made sitting out in the backyard or even on the front little patio impossible because it’s so hot.

Great location!

It was right next to a fantastic beach. We were able to bring our dog which was awesome. There were plenty of local stores and restaurants.
