DÉTAILS: 10 Lyonia est une maison de plage joliment dĂ©corĂ©e de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans le quartier des chalets de WaterColor. Cette maison possĂšde deux spacieuses vĂ©randas grillagĂ©es, y compris un lit balançoire et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec un coin repas extĂ©rieur. Le premier Ă©tage comprend la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis ainsi qu'un salon et salle Ă  manger ouverts. La piscine principale et le pont supĂ©rieur ont Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©s, et le pont de la piscine principale et le bar Rita offrent dĂ©sormais des coins salon et salon supplĂ©mentaires. Bien que limitĂ©, des plats Ă  emporter sont Ă©galement disponibles. La phase 2 devrait ĂȘtre terminĂ©e plus tard cet automne et comprendra deux pools supplĂ©mentaires. D'ici lĂ , cependant, le Beach Club sera fermĂ© le lundi pour permettre Ă  la construction de se poursuivre en toute sĂ©curitĂ© et sans obstacle.

Family Vacay in Watercolor

This was a wonderful property for our stay. The little gifts that were left for us by property management were delightful and very much appreciated. The resort access was wonderful to have.

Came for the half marathon

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home bunk room was a little bit smaller than pictured. Wonderful amenities, peaceful back porch – would definitely rent again!

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. The space itself was wonderful and it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to do in Watercolor and Seaside. We loved that an entrance to the walking trail that leads to the boat dock was across the street from the house. Communication with the management company was great and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely spot for a relaxing family trip!

This property was perfect for our needs - close to everything in watercolor, great hang out spaces within the house, well stoked, and very comfortable! We loved the enclosed back porch for all our meals - not have any back neighbors made it extra serene - we spotted lots of birds and even some deer! Very close to the awesome Camp watercolor pool and a quick drive or bike ride to the beach! Would 100% book again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the promise of requests from the property management group in the home is perfectly located. I also found this house to be completely stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would give it six stars if I could.

Great place for family

We had a great week at this property. It had a grill which the listing does not show - it was nice cooking out at the house. Location was great and convenient to all watercolor amenities and close to seaside as well. Everything worked well at the house. Great screened porches. Behind the house is a big open natural area so very little noise. Only complaint would be some of the pots and pans were a little grimy. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Also, 360 Blue, the management company was excellent.

Loved the location

There were 9 in our group and we very much enjoyed the stay. I can’t imagine sleeping any more than that in this property but the accommodations were otherwise great for our group. Fortunately the weather was nice during our stay so the outdoor dining table worked for us. Would imagine in the hot summer months, being required to eat outside could be a little uncomfortable though. Very nicely decorated home with pretty good kitchen accoutrements. Super small fridge so don’t take or buy too much food. Overall, great for our group.

Great Option for a Ladies Trip

We were a group of women looking to escape life’s daily stresses and for some quality time mixed with relaxation and laughter. The area and location were great, overall the place was big enough and clean. Instacart was an easy option for groceries and toiletries. The guidebook was detailed and easy to have accessible on your phone. The only downfall was the late check in time and the inability to pick up our beach club access wristbands until check in time. It seemed unfair to charge a full day’s stay when you’re only allowed to pick up the wrist bands and access the beach club for 2 hours before the sun sets and the pools close. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Excellent House and Hospitality

We have rented many VRBO homes over the last decade and this house and rental service was the best we've had. The house is as pretty as the pictures (we've never had that experience before) and the local rental company 360Blue was fantastic. We never spoke to a person because everything was so lovely - from the welcome gift to the abundance of fluffy towels. Four bikes were also complimentary and were very handy since it's very difficult to drive a car to the town or beach club. You should plan to walk or ride or rent a golf cart because the area is not car friendly. The amenities at Water Color were top notch. The house was near the nature path and backed up to natural conservation land so we got to see some deer. It was a beautiful spot with luxurious guest services and amenities. The 5 stars are well deserved.

July 2016 Stay

Our party of 4 adults and 3 children (12, 9, & 4) found 10 Lyonia Lane to be the perfect setup for our two families. One family came from Lexington, KY, and the other from Ocala, FL. The boys all got to share the bunk room and each couple had a king bed for comfort! We found the home to be well stocked (though the kitchen needs pot holders!), clean, well decorated, and overall just a wonderful place to stay. The location was ideal for beach and pool, and we enjoyed both daily. The boys also had a fantastic experience with Captain Larry of Dead Fish charters. We had an awesome fresh fish dinner for our last evening at the home, and also grabbed some steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers to go with, which was perfect! None of us had ever been to the area, so working with you all at 360 Blue was great for helping get us situated. Any time we had an issue or request, someone was right on it. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

Pretty good visit but a bad checkout experience

I would have given this property 4/5 but the check out left a really bad feeling for us. Checkout is at 10, around 9:30 we started putting bags on the screened in porch and having the kids go potty etc before we got into the car. At 9:40 a suv pulled into the driveway and started unloading cleaning supplies onto the screened in porch leaning them up against our stuff. It felt like we were being pushed out and made us really uncomfortable. We also did not appreciate all of the cleaning supplies near our things. Lastly the master toilet broke at least 10 times while we were there. Every time we flushed it, the chain would fall off. Luckily someone in our group knew how to fix it but the last thing I wanted to do was put my hand in the back of the toilet every time it was used. With that being said the property was beautiful and worked well for our group. The home was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding. There is lots to do and 30a is always a great place for friends and family to get together.

House great, 360 blue representatives were not

We had two major issues which caused a lot of stress on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival, we called to inform that there were only 4 bands and that we needed 7 ( we had 4 adults and 3 children). The main issue was with the representative Michelle who we spoke to. She was very rude, condescending, refused to let us speak to a manager or tell us her last name. We haven’t ever been treated that way anywhere we have ever vacationed. While My husband was on the phone with her I called and got ahold of a different representative who was very helpful and worked to find a solution after a few days. The second issue was our keypad door stopped working bc the batteries died. We called twice and were told both times someone would fix bud no one ever came so we had no way to lock the property that last two days. We found this unacceptable . The house was as described, very comfortable and perfect for our two families. However, the assistance and lack of responsiveness from 360 blue will prevent us from being willing to book with this company again. This was a splurge for our families financially and it’s too risky to book through a company that once we arrive isn’t able to provide any assistance.
