L'accueillant salon est l'endroit idéal pour se réunir car il fournit un grand coin salon confortable. Profitez d'un dßner et des cocktails à la table de salle à manger fabuleux ou un café au coin petit-déjeuner.

Que ce soit des vacances de la famille ou d'un événement de centre de congrÚs, il y aura beaucoup d'espace pour tous. Il ya 2 chambres avec lits king size et une 3Úme chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit pour accueillir des personnes supplémentaires.

Family of 6 adults enjoyed the stay in this home that is spacious and very clean. We liked that each of the bedroom had their own bathroom - and extra bonus was the half bath! Neighborhood was very quiet and safe - liked the gated community. Appreciated that the home had its own driveway/parking so no need to worry about looking for parking when coming home late. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Never had any issues so there was no need to contact the owner. Home has easy access to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, a couple issues

Check-in super easy as we’ve stayed at this resort last year for a volleyball tournament. We love how close this is to the convention center, as well as Disney Springs and Universal / City Walk. Dining out and activities at ICON park are right around the corner! There appeared to be mold in the bottom level bedroom. The cleaner did not do a great job with the shower as there were facial and miscellaneous hairs. The shower handle was tough to turn and stuck at certain degrees. The living room has broken blinds, the half bath toilet did not work properly and we reported there were bugs in the kitchen. They did provide us with ample kitchen supplies such as garbage bags and paper towels, which was great and we definitely appreciated the Oreos! For the upstairs, the master bedroom had difficulty with the TV and the spare bedroom had a broken ceiling fan chain so we could not adjust the speed. All beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious when you wanted to go off on your separate ways from your family. The main pool wasn’t too far and there were Adirondack chairs on the patio off the bedroom on the ground level which we enjoyed. I just recommend regular maintenance for the bug issue, cleaning up the mold spots, providing Kleenex and extra toilet paper ( which we purchased), and extra towels for each bathroom. The laundry room came in handy, too!

Far from pool

House is good, as depicted in photos, very far from pool. There was mold on the wall in the master bedroom we didnt see till the morning we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home for a team retreat and it was beautiful. We did have issues with cleaning-- the upstairs king sized bed had a dirty sock left in it, which makes us seriously doubt that its sheets were changed before we checked in. Also, all the towels had hairs and particles (including insect legs) on them. It's a beautiful property, but the people that clean the linens are clearly not being held accountable. Also, there were very few cooking supplies. There wasn't even a spatula to sauté things with.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casiola Homes this pass July (2021) we had 4 teens and 2 adults.The House is not new, but clean. the stair carpets was a bit old, maybe a suggestion to change to hardwood so looks better.Lots and lots of stairs :) the Mattress downstairs bedroom needs to be changed, there is a hole on one of the sides.Overall the house was great, we would stay there again if time comes. Very close to the parks, restaurants and shops.

We had a great time at this town home. Only recommendations I would make would be to supply more towels for guests. We also could not find any covers for the pull out couch but luckily had brought extras with us.

Unprofessional

Me and my family booked this rental property for our first family vacation, thinking it would be perfect. Once we arrived to the property there were ants crawling everywhere in the bedroom and master bathroom, also in one of the guest bedrooms bathroom. The master bedrooms’ bed was not made, dirty sheets from whoever stayed previously. We immediately communicated this with the host, we were told that it would be handled the next day, and that an exterminator would be coming to take care of the ants. The only thing that was fixed was the dirty bed and new towels. No exterminator ever showed up , so yes we had to just deal with the ants continuously showing up and crawling around for the remainder of our trip. We were also told a compensation would be given to us for the inconveniences, yet have not heard anything from anyone for days. The actual location and complex was beautiful, would definitely book there again, just not with this host.

It is VERY spread out, not very good for a family with small kids.THE FREE package of OREOS left on the counter was AWESOME! Thanks!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sadly we were unable to stay in this rental due to our family coming down with covid 1 day before our reservation. We understood that this was not within the cancelation policy but reached out to this company several times in an attempt to possibly reschedule or at least waive the cleaning fees (since the house would not need to be cleaned anymore) the company has still not responded. What a shame to charge a family for things they did not even use or to even respond to any emails.

Satisfied with our stay but I won't stay again.

Check in and check out was easy because we were provided with all of the information needed prior to arriving. When we first entered the property it smelled old and closed up, as if no one had lived there for a while. Even after our own deep clean with disinfectants we later determined that it was the old carpet holding the smell. Please replace the carpet as soon as possible, your future guests will have a much better stay!!! The property was more than spacious for our family, everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. I like to check on my kids throughout the night without waking them but the upstairs floors made that nearly impossible because they creaked and cracked almost like there were loose boards underneath the carpet. I'm not a carpenter but I know that there's something wrong with the subflooring upstairs. I didn't have a HDMI cable in my bedroom so I wasn't able to watch t.v. and unwind after a long day at the parks. Everyone else did have one for theirs. We couldn't open the window blinds to let in natural Iight in the living room area because the main blind was broken. I didn't give five 5 stars for cleanliness because I found a water bottle and paper under my kids bed from a previous stay when I was looking to make sure we had everything prior to leaving. The location of the property was awesome!! We were just minutes from every park and restaurant we had reservations for. The property grounds were beautiful!! They definitely take pride in maintaining the landscaping and overall appearance. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the property definitely needs some upgrades and repairs, so we won't be staying in this particular unit for our next trip.
