WiFi fourni. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur. Ce condo est situé en face de l'océan, à une courte distance de marche.

Le condo est très propre et joliment décoré. Beaucoup de mises à niveau; peinture, décoration, lit, téléviseurs. Pour votre divertissement, nous fournissons 4 téléviseurs et une chaîne stéréo. Et pour votre confort de sommeil, la chambre principale a un lit King Size et les 2ème et 3ème chambres offrent un Queen Size et deux lits jumeaux. Barre humide éclairée prête pour les golfeurs au 19e trou. Ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les pièces. Nous recevons le plus de compliments pour notre cuisine approvisionnée qui comprend la plupart des commodités trouvées à la maison. Condo comprend véranda grillagée avec ventilateur de plafond donnant sur la piscine de la cour et balcon ouvert hors de la chambre principale.

Pour votre commodité, nous fournissons des chaises de plage. Ont également des planches de bodyboard pour les enfants et des jouets de plage.

Ceci est un condo «sans fumée». Les motos ne sont pas autorisées. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Linge de maison (installation unique) et nettoyage de départ inclus dans les frais de location.

Pelican's Landing est situé sur Shore Drive et à seulement quelques pas du populaire Ocean Annies Beach Club et de la jetée de pêche Apache. Deux piscines sur place, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un putting green, des barbecues, des tables de pique-nique, des chaises longues au bord de la piscine, un ascenseur et des chariots à bagages pour votre commodité.

SUPER ENDROIT! Plus de 100 terrains de golf. À distance de marche de Ocean Annie's (danse en bord de mer et à l'extérieur du Tiki Bar). À distance de marche de Flip Flops Bar and Grill. Barefoot Landing et Broadway at the Beach sont tous deux à proximité. Le restaurant Row se trouve à quelques minutes de Shore Drive, de Super Wal-Mart, de Tanger Factory Outlet et du New Bass Pro Shop. Trop de bons restaurants, salons et divertissements à énumérer.

Great Family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location and condo was well stocked to meet our needs. If I had to be picky and recommend one thing, I would suggest adding an ice cream scoop to the kitchen. But definitely not an real issue! We would stay here again!

Everything was great except that i have tried twice to contact the owner by email ans as of today no answer so i guess all he wants is the money that is too bad cause we are planning to go again but not the same place

Our family has been going to Myrtle-beach for 21years in a row. This property was one our favorites because of how nice, clean, and location. The property owner was/is fantastic and answered every question without hesitation...5 stars!!! Flip Flop Bar, market, coffee place and ice cream place right around the corner, LOCATION!

Exactly What We Wanted

Its nice to show up to a property and have it match your expectations from the listing. The place was very nice and the owner was very responsive, polite and helpful. I wasn't very familiar with the area but turns out it was a great location. All around, super pleased with this spot and will probably book again if we decide to do another Myrtle Golf trip again.

Myrtle Beach Ripley’s Adventure

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. I didn’t get a chance to walk to the beach on this trip. However, my daughter and friend did a brief walk there. We spent most of our time on Broadway and visiting Ripley’s activities. It was nice to return to a nice place away from home. I will definitely be contacting you again to stay in your nice and comfortable condo. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

Easy Myrtle Stay!!

My husband and I booked this condo for our friend's wedding at the Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach and it was perfect! We stayed there with three other friends and it was the perfect size for us (3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and check-in and check-out were easy. Dan was an awesome host and promptly answered all my questions. The unit also had beach chairs and laundry which was a huge plus! Not to mention - it's only one block away from the beach!! Ideal!! It was also in quick walking distance to flip flops (restaurant and bar), an awesome coffee shop, a general store, liquor store, and Annie's beach bar!

Budget Friendly

We stayed at this property for 1 week. 2 adult couples, 7 year old and a 4 year old. PROS: The property has a good location, easy walk down to the beach and very close to a nice pool. Nice grilling area. The kitchen is smaller, but definitely big enough for vacation cooking. Great bath towel supplies, having the laundry there was nice! Pretty good soundproofing in the building, we could hear the neighbors above us, but it was not too loud. CONS: OMG the beds. We should have kicked the little kids out of their twin beds and taken those. The Queen sized bed has a 5 inch foam topper that is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. We removed it, but the mattress below was not much better. The king sized bed has a giant bump in the middle, so my in-laws felt uncomfortable. The sheets were cheap and scratchy. We tried the sofabed in the living room, whew awful! The entire condo needed a really good deep cleaning. The fan blades were grimy, there was dirt and stickiness around the kitchen and the floor. The pots and pans were plentiful, but mostly scratched up and wobbly. Perhaps not a big deal for many, but as a chef, I would have appreciated pans that were in better condition. All together, it was OK. Not somewhere I would say was amazing, but for the price, it was cheap and simple vacation. A bed update and a good cleaning would make this so much better!!

We're glad you overall enjoyed your week. We strive to be amazing & not mediocre so thanks for your input. We will check the beds and cleaning issues but this is the first we heard anything negative. Most reviews state comfortable and clean! In season, Housekeeping has a few hours to prepare for next guests and we have been very happy w/ their work but we will address the concerns mentioned.

My family loved this place. It was clean and beautifull decor. It was comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. It had nice view from screened balcony and close enough to walk to the beach. It also not far from grocery stores and shops. Great place

In 2019 we moved to Myrtle Beach. My trade is an auto mechanic and Donna is a school district paraprofessional, working with children with autism.

These Pelicans Landing condos were the most attractive, close to everything; beach, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. Plenty of room for family, and elevator service. This unit is well equipped with everything you need and very clean.
