Profitez de vacances à la mer simples et désuètes dans cet adorable duplex situé à l'ouest de Gulf Drive et à seulement deux maisons de la plage du village pittoresque d'Anna Maria.

Montez sur le chemin du shell et entrez par un porche commun filtré vers un havre de paix récemment rénové.

"Sun and Seader North" dispose d'une cuisine mise à jour avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Reposez-vous confortablement avec un très grand lit dans une chambre et un avec deux lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne dans la deuxième chambre.

Préparez vos repas sur le gril à gaz ou promenez-vous quelques pâtés de maisons dans l'un des nombreux restaurants familiaux de Pine Ave et de Gulf Drive.

Pas de soucis à propos de la circulation dans cette rue sans issue calme. Jouez à la plage toute la journée et soyez assez près pour rentrer à la maison pour le déjeuner. Douche extérieure pour un nettoyage facile avant d'entrer.

Loved this sweet l little cottage. Perfect for our l purposes. Had to use outlet behind mattress for my CPAP, but it was fine! The twin beds were suoer comfy!! We are 66, so the master want them enough, but I'm sure fine for most!! Had a little living room with tv, clean kitchen with all sorts of utensils. Cooked. A little shower to rinse off outside the entrance near the kitchen and laundry room! Did laundry a couple of times. Great little cottage!!! The little sandy beach path (25 yards maybe from cottage driveway) to the ocean is sweet!! Peaceful side of the island. We had one day of overcast but a beautiful sunset and sunrise! Just lovely! Thank you!!

The location of this property combined with its affordability make it a no brainer. The property itself is basic and cute but it is one house from the beach and withing easy walking distance to the Pine Ave shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for the family that is looking for a place to rest, eat, and clean up between beach time and island time. We would definitely stay there again.

My mom and I recently stayed at this listing for a beach trip. Location was absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and that was very important to us. The place was clean and looked like to pictures. The listing is a bit misleading. It isn't clear to potential guests that the home is a duplex and will share a wall and a screened in front porch with another guest. I sent the host a message asking whether we should be aware of another group staying right next door. I shared we didn't want to be caught off guard or startled if they arrive late (it was just my mom and I staying). They didn't respond until after we left. I checked my messages repeatedly. The other guests did in fact show up in the middle of the night on our second evening. Definitely startling for two women staying alone. In addition, the handbook/information book for check in/out was incorrect and confusing. The book mentioned a pool and a dishwasher for us to load our dirty dishes at the end of our stay. We did not have either of these amenities at our location. Again, the location was great for us but the other things definitely need attention.

Your unit is securley locked and only for your use no matter the situation. It is unethical for us to state when a guest is supposed to check in and what time they are coming. The beach was amazingly so close to the home.we loved everything about that. Wifi didnt work for us. The other side was rented out our last evening there..we would have liked to be notified of their arrival. All and all we left everything the way we found it adding some goodies for the cleaning ladies and a new blender to stay with the cottage

The king mattress was horrible, super hard, beyond firm. All of the ceiling fans made noises some only had one speed. The wifi password was wrong. A landscaping crew came and tore out all of the brick walkway so we had to come and go walking through uneven dirt and had to drag our new luggage through the dirt when we checked out. Simple with great beach access

1950s duplex with a few updates. Beach access was excellent. Access to shops was great. The one bathroom is very small. There is no dishwasher but the listing stated there was. Some construction across the street that was minimally distracting. Door locks were a little wonky. Overall, quiet and mostly comfortable.

Perfect!

Pelican Paradise is a wonderful layout in a super convenient location. It is within walking distance to Publix, making grocery shopping simple. The kitchen is laid out nicely and had everything you would need to cook for your stay. The in-home washer and dryer were convenient as well. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We rented a golf cart but it had to be gas as the condo does not allow electric so keep that in mind. It was not an issue for us, though. There were several beach chairs, toys and a wagon for renters to use. We had the hall shower head break and the primary bathroom toilet handle break both on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I emailed Beach Boutique that evening not really sure when I would receive a response given the next day was a holiday. Early on Memorial Day, a very nice maintenance tech arrived and fixed both issues. We were shocked how quickly the issues were resolved. We had a lovely time and miss it already. I would love to live there in that very condo! Can't wait to visit again.
