Great little duplex perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. everything we needed to be here for a week and just steps to the beach.

Check in process was a little confusing. Someone was in the unit we were supposed to be in. Contacted the host and got an immediate response with code to stay in the other unit. We then had moved units the next day to be in the original unit we booked. Slightly inconvenienced but GREAT location and clean/quiet space to stay.

Place was footsteps away from a great non crowded part of the beach. The house was clean and kitchen had plenty of extras if needed. The only thing I would say was there wasn't a TV in the bedrooms but besides that we enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended

The home is literally the second house from the beach. We loved the close proximity to not only the beach but also to local eateries and shops. The area was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! So close to the beach and cute shops on Pine Ave. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. We felt very safe here, and the property was clean and well kept. Beach chairs and towels were provided by manager, which was a big plus for us! We loved being steps from the sand and will definitely stay here again!

Overall we loved our stay. Pros: good communication from hosts, the unit clean, updated decor. Nice size closets. The beds comfortable. Good information in a binder. The ice maker on, ice ready to use. Ceiling fans in every room, but one was noisy. Parking for four cars, steps to the beach, quiet street, just amazing. Shared wall, did not hear the other unit. A nice paved walkway to shops along the beach. Cons: Unit not correctly numbered. When you pull in, no sign to go to the left for the units. A sign on front with an arrow would help. Caused some initial confusion. We tried the code on both, not good since there may have been people in adjoining unit. The half bath is very tight. Turn sideways to enter. When sitting on toilet, knees against the wall. No mirror. Suggest pull out mirror on an arm. A large person would simply not fit in there. In the other bathroom, shower is very narrow, a large person would not fit in there. A "warning" may help future users. The seashells outside as ground cover, would prefer decorative pavement. The seashells stuck in my shoes. Bad for wheeling suitcases, very noisy & hurt your feet. Not a fan. The AC unit had a warning, don't go below 72 degrees or it freezes. I like it cold at night, 72 is warm to me. The front door is not sealed, see daylight around the door. The outdoor shower is a bit creepy, could be spruced up, but nice to have to rinse sand off your feet.

House of as very clean and well stocked. Beach access was one house away and not packed with people on beach. House was the perfect size for our family, and we enjoyed having the screened in porch. Check-in was easy. Was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town. We had a wonderful time! Heads up no icemaker or trays.

Fun in the sun

Close to the beach access! Clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfy! We especially enjoyed the enclosed porch. Easy to find, good communication with the reality group.

My friends and I chose to stay here to celebrate our five year class reunion, and it could not have been more perfect. The home is clean, spacious, full of beach necessities, and the owner is responsive as well. The best part was the distance to the beach. I highly recommend visiting in the off season, as the beach was nearly deserted and we had clear blue skies and warm water. The walk to the beach is under 2 minutes, and the walk into town is less than 15. Getting ubers can be tricky, but waiting for the monkey bus worked for us as well. We would love to stay again and couldn't have had a better time.

The location was excellent. Just a few steps to the beach. The unit was in need of a major upgrade. No dishwasher and not garbage disposal. Check out instructions were vague. The TV was more like a computer monitor. Very small. I would not recommend until major upgrades are completed.

House is a wreck/Perfect location

Although in a perfect location just steps to the beautiful beach on AMI, this old Florida is a wreck & should not be rented again until some serious updating occurs. Sure, at first glance it looks ok but we had the plumber in 4 times bc of serious sweet problems, kitchen cabinets fell off when opened, dishes are all yard sale rejects (except for the ones we had to buy!),, bedding is cheap polyester, bare lightbulbs in lamps, window locks broken, no outside security lites, & living room furniture should be put on the curb as trash. No bedside tables in bedroom (we bought a secondhand one) I’d NEVER rent this place again. Shame on the owners.

Great area and beach access

This modest and cozy cottage is at a wonderful location in AMI near amenities with easy access to the beach. The rooms are adequate and could use some updating and freshening up but a good value for what I paid.

Beautiful beach

Small be adequate. We enjoyed the one level with no steps and the screened in porch. The greenery around the yard provided the feeling of privacy. A few repairs are needed: large front eye on stove doesn’t work, a plug in the bedroom and one in the dining room did not work; the light in the half bath didn’t work and we were uncomfortably hot at night because the thermostat was not to be set lower than 74. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

It Was Fine

The location was superb...quiet street, near the beach. Personally, sharing the lanai was sometimes a problem, but that is my own preference for my privacy.
