Overall, pleasant stay. You'll get a viable and modest place to stay with complementary access to nearby restaurants, bars, and beaches. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! Room was clean beds were comfortable. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Location was great we were very close to our friends we were traveling with in another hotel. Communication with the property manager was awesome very quick to respond! 😊

The location was absolutely perfect for us and easy to walk to nearby beaches and restaurants. We also enjoyed the quiet pool and had it almost all to ourselves. The only downside was that the room was noisy at night and we woke up several times. We could hear ambulances, delivery trucks, etc. I recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping if you are a light sleeper.

Unit was clean and comfy. Great working A/C. Good mini kitchenette set up and big bathroom. The only bad thing was the unit is above/near the main drive and service docks of the Hotels. Loud trucks, deliveries, and garbage collection at 4-5 am EACH morning we were there woke us up. 3 days in a row. No noise at all from other units or guests. So overall fine. Cute balcony with palm trees and water view.

Stay review

Overall, this place was fantastic. Room was clean, Beds were comfortable, located close to an “Uber pick-up”. Security was friendly, elevators and internet worked well; the view on the small porch was great. Entry into and out of the building and room was easy and safe. Only comment I would make was communicating with the “owners rep” upon arriving. We could have had some help with our luggage and things as we were at the building three days before and had to check out at 11:00 am from the previous apt. Basically we had to wait 5 hours between 11:00 & 4:00- our checking in time. It really would have helped if the rep would have communicated with us to help us leave our suitcases some place while we waited those 5 hours. Since the guards were friendly, they helped us store our suitcases and we were able to walk around until 4:00.

Condado Villas Fantastic Stay!

This condo room was excellent. The beds are super comfy! The ac works great, water pressure in shower is awesome. You are a 5 minute walk to two different beaches on either side-Condado (with lots of beachside restaurants) and Escambrón. Other restaurants very close, too. Try Distrito T Mobile for a meal, snack, or drink-neat little indoor entertainment spot. 15 minute Uber rides to Old San Juan, which is beautiful and so much to see! Isla Verde beach is also pretty-15 minute Uber ride. We were two women and felt very safe walking and Ubering in area. Pool and hot tub are great, too. (no bubbles in hot tub, though, but very hot and big)

Property very clean.

Property very clean. Front desk staff amazing. Communications w property manager good upon arrival but delayed after that. Location of building nice. Nice beach, nice park, nice views. Great place to walk. Location of this particular room awful. Noisy. Very noisy. Bathroom definitely Could have been cleaner..and drainage issues. We will stay here again but not in this room.

This trip was my first time to PR in12 years and by far one of my favorite ones and by staying at this place was wonderful and by being in San Juan it was close to or the places the we went to visit and I promise the in December we going back for a family reunion and we staying there again and this time my family too

Great locations, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay!

Our family had such a wonderful time staying here. The pool was never crowded. The view from the balcony is great during the day. During the night it is a little too bright from the city lights so I recommend closing the curtains. The bathroom is so beautiful and clean.

Exactly as pictured

Property was nice, clean, and had all the amenities you would need without the frills (pool, pool towels, beach chairs, cooler). It was a little secluded from the restaurants, bars, and beach but very easy to get an Uber in the area and get to wherever you needed to go.
