Awesome Place to Stay!

We loved staying here. The building was a little hard to find in the dark but after that everything was great! It was clean and comfortable. TV's in all bedrooms. Shampoo and soap were provided. Would stay here again.

Great time for family time!

It is in a great location woth fun amenities for all ages. We enjoyed the indoor pool, pickleball, and ping pong. It was comfortable and fun for us to get together. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location and space

The condo was clean and spacious. Close to all our activities. Only concern was that the lock on the doorknob was broken and couldn't be locked.

Best vacation location for family!

I loved our place. Loved being close to the pool. Loved all the different pools. We had a blast and everything was so easy to setup and instructions were clear. 10/10! Loved it. Will definitely be back.

A nice location. Enjoyed the pools and condo. Needs some upkeep but nice. It was hot for so early in the year but once interior cooled down it stayed cool. A very nice location to access many sights and activities around St. George. Have family there so will be returning to area. A once a year trip.

Access codes

The access code was hard to use and the information needs to be clearer, we had to enter the check where the space is. The door can't locked by turning the lever you have to enter the code again.

Great Property

Very clean, very nice. Best part was the very nice family pool was like 15 feet from the patio. I could watch the kids from the patio. Only issue was the master bedroom ceiling fan made some rattling noise on low - kept me up. With the fan on high, I couldn't hear the noise. Will definitely stay there again.

Master bathtub not easily accessible for elderly

The property was nice , clean but dated. Master bathroom has big soaker tub and my in-laws couldn’t get in it .Dishwasher needs to be replaced as it doesn’t wash well and the rubber around the metal has disintegrated in places.

Comfortable and clean , though a bit dated

Perfect size with room to spare for our family of four. Kitchen was adequately equipped but just as a note bring everything you need for in condo eating as only salt pepper foil and coffee filters are supplied. Pools and hot tubs were great but at times are noisy and busy, to be expected. Our main comment concerns the safety of primary room bath/shower. It’s a big soaker tub with an added shower head. It’s a big step getting into the shower with no grab bars and a very slippery bottom. A simple tub May and grab bar would make an easy improvement. Also shower curtain pretty mildewed and when I contacted management by text they responded that they would try to attend to it but they mere very busy (during our 2 week stay no further response). Overall a nice comfortable condo. Good location easy to get wherever you’re going in St. George area. We’ll be back!

St George Stay

In general, our overall impression of our stay was very positive. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only downsides were a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed. There were broken and missing slats in the vertical blinds on the window and patio door in the kitchen/living areas. The missing slats would allow anyone passing by to see into the room. We noticed that there were a bunch of replacement slats in one of the closets. It would make the home both safer and more eye appealing if the maintenance crew would take the time to fix the broken and missing slats. The rug in the entry way and the ones in the bathroom do not have a rubber backing and they slip and slide very easily--could be a potential of causing someone to fall.

Didsapointing visit

This place has potential. But the management is unprofessional, their communication is bad. I was so excited to arrive to this location. When we got there it was around 1am. I did my usual check of the rooms, the beds, windows and doors. We found that the main sliding door did not lock. There was nothing around to reinforce the sliding door. While my husband felt with that, I moved onto the rooms and beds. The first bed had stains on the pillows. Like dried blood. I removed the pillows with the stains, checked the rest of the bed and it was fine. Moved into the second room, that had stains on the comforter. There were hairs I found in the sheets but I brushed them off and moved on. When I got to the master bedroom, there were stains on the pillow cases. Hairs on the sheets and stains all over the comforter. I was disgusted. I stripped the bed and called the number. But they were closed. I sent an email and asked that they contact me first thing in the morning. We had an uneasy night of rest due to the sliding window not locking. We went to the pool area, but it’s just old and dirty looking. They need to invest in this place. And train their manager. I won’t be back. Their dishwasher was also broken. We didn’t find out until we were ready To run the first load. Also the wifi went out for an entire day while we were there. They’re unapologetic about anything and all they continued saying is most of our guests don’t mind stained sheets. Gross.

Las Palmas

It was a great place for us with a one-Yr-old. Enjoyed being near pool and playground equipment, plus trails for walking/biking/ running. A bit noisy when we had folks above us, but only during waking hours. Could use better knives and some wine glasses. Dishwasher was a bit inefficient. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the condo. It needed a couple repairs when we checked in.

Repairs of kitchen faucet, kitchen lower cupboard hinge, and guest bathroom toilet seat was loose and missing it’s spacer. The blinds were missing some sections but replacement stringers were found in closet so we put them in. Thanks again.
